Chris greeted us in as a walk in and served us every step of the way. Our vehicle DID NOT make it easy but Jacob, the technician, worked hard to find the root problem, yay for electrical issues. I've been given the run around for almost 2 years...nothing. There's a reason they want the ins payment for repair up front, they're thieves. They kept my vehicle for six months. I had damages on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off(window and doors not properly working and not to mention still didn't fix parking light that was part of the paid damage and repair from ins)IF they did $2000 worth of repair would be a stretch. They issued me a loner car for maybe 2 months (of the 6 that they had my car in their shop) and I had to use 3 AAA services on it. Yes, they were accommodating in that aspect and didn't charge me $500 deductible but NEVER said anything about forfeiting repairs to offset the deductible( apparently my $7000+ was used to repair everybody else's vehicle in shop because I'm a POC? Where's the other $5000?) They drove my vehicle too and even had their names programmed in my Bluetooth list‍. Just do not go here. I'm not even sure that they are ASE certified.I've tried multiple times to get my vehicle fixed. Multiple times "something came up" and they couldn't keep the appointment. I even took off work a couple times and they still found a way to not be there(roof repair because of storm?) At one point Chris told me I had a toll bill that needed to be paid first. I said fine, send me an itemized bill and I'll pay it just so I can get my car fixed(at this point I'm convinced they're crooks or druggies‍)Nothing!!! I've requested itemized bill of actual repairs and supplies done!! Nothing!!!!Maybe now they will answer and unblock/accept my phone calls.

Remote Access Plan includes the following features: Remote Start, Remote lock/unlock, Remote horn and lights, Vehicle status, Vehicle locate. When Asked if it includes all the mentioned items, her response was "That is correct! she then confirmed that I had indeed activated ONSTAR. Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. They got their sale.

I cannot remember for the life of me the friendly gentleman manager (had an accent/experienced car guy) who took care of me but he and the secretary there were both very helpful and wonderful people. They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.
