I've had the best experience and results from both the therapists. Pathik is very knowledgeable and could identify the issue and a path for treatment course with the first session. I started to see progress with my 3rd and 4th sessions. His focussed massages and treatments really helped me. My wife had an issue with her shoulder and severe mobility issues with her right hand. This was during the first year of pandemic and she had several telephonic sessions with therapist Elizabeth D. While telephonic sessions had its limitations and my wife couldn't see much progress, Elizabeth suggested my wife to visit for an in-person session if she was comfortable. My wife did and started to see improvements immediately! We hope we wouldn't need another physiotherapy session but if we do, we will sure look to Jackson's clinic and schedule an apt with Pathik or Elizabeth. I am sure other therapists are good as well.

The PT should first and foremost make the priority each and every client 100% during their appointment. This is not the case here which I can only assume our surgeon was unaware as this was his recommendation. There were a few red flags when we arrived for our first appointment which I chose to look past initially. The reception staff seemed disinterested, preoccupied and unwelcoming. As Therapy started for our daughter, a high level athlete, the therapist seemed very put out we wanted to be present during the first session but grudgingly cooperated. As it turns out it was a good decision as apparently the therapist missed the one thing the doctor insisted not to do on the paperwork presented to her, and halfway through began to attempt. During the next one hour appointment we did not oversee, but feedback was lukewarm from our daughter. What I could point out is that we also have a professional rehabilitation trainer who sent and tried to coordinate with the PT and received little response or interest. On the third appointment the PT spent the first half on our daughter, sent her to do expertises on her own, and took a second patient during our appointment time which I watched from the seating area. It seems, even though I was a new client, that standard procedure is to schedule as many clients as possible and double revenue at the detriment to all clients. PT is something that should require 100% of a therapists attention. To be splitting their time between clients unacceptable and morally wrong. I have always been a person who is find spending money no matter the cost to achieve a desired result but only if the value equals the cost. It makes no difference whether you are paying or insurance is covering the cost, in the end, one way or another you're paying. You may be losing valuable recovery time if not your hard earned money. This is one of those instances when sending a message to the business is best served by avoiding their establishment. There are far too many businesses who put the clients best interest first.

You'll probably be working with PTAs rather than DPTs or MPTs yet paying the very high rates set for licensed PTs. So, this is a model made for the benefit of the owners and not clients or patients. It may be efficient for the owners but not cost-efficient or as effective for patrons. For a fairly new facility, equipment already looks really worn & so do the treatment rooms. Highly professional environment is not how I'd describe it. Evaluation wasn't as comprehensive as I'd hoped. They charge for absolutely everything they can to increase your bill so they can charge insurance. And the rates are so high! What the insurance company doesn't pay will leave patrons with a pretty hefty bill. On top of that, never received an actual write-up of the evaluation and never could get a formal home program no matter how many times it was requested. What the heck?!? That felt like they just wanted to keep a person coming back and not practice outside of therapy to improve more quickly. That seems to go against getting off the caseload as quickly as possible for significant improvement and instead encouraging more frequent in-house sessions so you can be billed massively for each one. Kinda counter to any type of ethical therapy practice of any kind. They're not cheap. I'm happy to pay for consistent high quality services if one gets what they pay for. Can't say that's what I got here with any certainty. If one is working only with PTAs, then charges should reflect that lower level of expertise & training. If one is working directly with a licensed PT, charges should appropriately reflect that level of expertise. Length of sessions always fluctuated (always in the direction of shorter sessions) yet billing remained the same for each visit & in some cases charges tacked on for procedures not rendered. That's an example of their inconsistency. Worth the drive? Ummm...So, if you choose Chiron, manage your expectations. For elite athletes (elite as in you can afford the high rates) looking to recover & get your mojo back, then this may be the place for you. Definitely felt like money was a huge incentive here. For patients needing quality & compassionate clinical PT care, I'd suggest finding a practitioner and setting more geared toward providing that type of expertise & level of care.

This time, however, the experience was worse--likely due to it being the end of the year, when coverage seemed limited. Well, six weeks later I feel so much better and stronger. My team (more on them in a bit) really worked hard to put together an exercise program that would strengthen my core, back, and legs and with each session, I saw and felt improvement. I downloaded a recommended app and my PT sent videos to it that would allow me to do some of my exercises at home and that makes it much easier to remember the techniques and rep counts. The best part of The Jackson Clinics is the people. Right up front in the Ashburn location is the very professional, very positive and extremely efficient Anem- a young lady with a very bright future. Nathan is the lead Therapist I would see at the beginning of every session and he is simply outstanding. One of the nicest people you could ever meet and you can tell he cares very much about how you are feeling and progressing. He is the one who dictates the program and comes up with the exercises and strength building activities you will be doing. He sees what works and what does not and reacts accordingly. Finally, each session Nathan would hand me off to Peyton, who showed me the activities I needed to do and monitored me as I did them. He checks on you often and is very encouraging along the way. I really felt like Peyton is in a perfect position by helping people, he is a great PT and an even better person. I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye to this great team today and I'll miss them. I hope to see them someday outside of the clinic! Thank you all very much, you are really an excellent team and I'm grateful that I chose your location for my therapy.

It's a much smaller center than Ashburn but much of the same equipment. Lots of PT demand clearly in the center. I was able to complete my back exercises but it was in a smaller area. Fortunately, we had a room normally used for evaluations so wasn't as congested. Easy parking and right behind the CVS. It's a longer ride but close to my nieces' house (for now) and so I used the drive to drop off some packing boxes. Jessica is a really good therapist specifically recommended by one of the best pain management Doctors so I would go again if that was the lonely appointment time available. Tomorrow I'm having the dry needling and I'm confident in that experience as they are all very caring and I love visiting with them all during my appointment. Convenient and the staff is great. Recommend it to anyone that needs help. The office and PT area is nice and comfortable.

As I got older, related problems developed, and at 50, I discovered chiropractic medicine where I was able to have my bones knocked back into place. But it never held because the muscles had adjusted to the bad alignment, so I spent 7 years getting weekly readjustment with no permanent fix. By 58, my hip had become chronically painful and I developed a limp that became more and more pronounced. I tried stretching and yoga along with chiropractic, but nothing helped. Then I found Restore PT & Wellness and Viraj. She immediately started me in physical therapy and Pilates, adding a new chiropractor for deep muscle manipulation. My posture improved, but the damage was done to the hip joint, and full hip replacement was my only option. Reluctantly, I had the surgery on July 5th, and 4 days later began PT again with Viraj. She soon added Pilates and medical massage with Pierre, also at Restore PT & Wellness; and four months later, I am walking almost completely normally and completely pain free. Viraj is extremely knowledgeable, customizes her approach to whatever you need, and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. The entire Restore PT & Wellness practice is an amazing group of people, and Viraj is a shining star. I can't imagine going to any other Pilates instructor or any other physical therapist; her ability to incorporate the two disciplines is incredibly helpful. I did use my health plan's physical therapists for a short time after surgery because it was so inexpensive, but you truly get what you pay for. The difference with Viraj is the total attention to my individual needs, and her willingness to do whatever it takes to get me fully functional again. She is wonderful!!
