NOTHING but issues with service department. Had my snowmobile in 3 times for reverse staying on and last week picked up sleds and arrived in UP and went to back out sled and it is stuck in reverse still!! Manager Tregg gets really nice then blows up on you, then apologizes, then blows up on you. The same sled which had no issues we picked up and the sled now has automatic air suspension issues. I have all the pics and videos and Tregg managers response was it worked fine when it left here. We must have done something too it?? Really. No miles were added from when we picked up our trailer to when we backed it out of the trailer and he says it was working fine and tested before you left. I sent videos and pics. My one snowmobile only goes up to 12 mph which is so unsafe on a trail and once again, they don't worry about trying to just fix the problems the first time but instead argue with me, screams to go to another dealer, that they don't want to deal with me anymore, then apologizes and says his anger got the best of him. This is over and over. I have so many emails we are preparing for a possible lawsuit. 3 times to get these items fixed and still nothing. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way each way to go to this dealership. I tried to work with them especially this Tregg manager person, and he blames us for the problems. They won't stay 30 seconds past closing time. To top it off, they rammed their forklift into the back end of my trailer messing it up bad. They agreed to fix it, but once again I have to drive several hours out of my way to get the trailer fixed now, and also the sleds still $$$ invoices later and machine is bogging out, reverse stuck and can't get out, now suspension lights all over the screen. They charged me for a new battery, only two years old and having low voltage lights pop up as well. We do NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY. They ask only the happy customers leaving after they BUY their toys not during or after service! read more

I have good purchase experience but there parts and service leave a lot to be desired. I have had multiple disappointments with there parts dept It is ran very poorly have even had to go behind the counter and help the parts guy find the part on the computer. I went n for a Ski-Doo Part and it needed to be ordered I ordered it and a couple weeks went by and it was on backorder I called and asked it=f they could get me an estimated release date and and was told no which I new was a lie the next day I drove over and went to the parts counter and asked him to check which he gladly did and part did not have a release date but the he told me they had several of the parts at there warehouse 20 minutes away so I ordered a part and waited almost 3 weeks just find out they had the part the whole time I have several other poor experiences besides this on I now drive rite past them and go to another dealer further away but get much better service read more

Took weeks to get a couple fuel lines from this shop and then they sent the wrong sized lines. Instead of sending the correct items i had ordered right then they required me to ship the wrong ones back first. A month to get a few feet of fuel line. Ordered a few Marine parts from this business about a month ago, finally got the parts. These were easy parts such as oil filters, fuel filter, etc. Nothing extrodinary. Took forever to get them. Once they arrived, they had sent a wrong item. Now I get to send back the wrong filter to them so they can send out the correct one. I see from the many reviews on Reddit, that this is the typical for this company. At least I got my filters. Sounds like several people have been left high and dry. I order a jet ski cover for my Yamaha and the sent me the incorrect cover. I called them and told them it did not fit properly. They told me I could return it. The origin part cost me $202.84 and they gave me a credit if $72.16. They told me it was now a used cover and that's all the credit I received. I told them they sent me the wrong part. I work with a person in the part department and he confirmed I had the incorrect cover. I order the correct cover for $254.13 and it fits perfectly. Not sure why the correct cover was so much more expensive, but I paid for it. read more

Service is terrible here, they are not honest about whats been done, and they do not check their work to see if something runs properly. Had a them do an engine replacement on a boat and it took 6 months. They assured me in that time they tested in on the water. When i picked it up it was filthy and seats cushions were ripped off, i put it in the water and it didn't run for more that 15 minutes. Had to take it back and wait a month for them to tune the carbs, when i pressed for them to get it done as it had been over 7 months that they had the boat now, Ryan in service started arguing and basically said too bad so sad. When it was finally done they again assured me it was lake tested after making carb adjustments to ensure it was running great. I got it back and it still barely runs and the notes on the invoice show they only tank tested it and did not lake test it. read more

We recently rented 2 Jet Skis. The service was great, the price seemed amazing ($450ish for both), and everything ran well. But then came the bait and switch. A few weeks later, we found an additional $520 charge on our credit card for a bunch of nickel-and-dime "damages" including a tiny paint chip and over $300+ in labor fees because "we had to take it apart to make sure there wasn't seaweed inside - but there wasn't damage, so we're good". Now it's clear why the initial price was so competitive. We got these Jet Skis to take out our 3 young children, so the "wear and tear" was gentle and we went out of our way to park them at buoys, making sure to avoid seaweed and mud near the shoreline. I asked why the nickel-and-diming for a rental, and was told they resell them as new/demo units at the end of the summer so they have to keep them pristine. I rent Jet Skis, Boats and Cars pretty often. I've NEVER been charged for damage in my life for normal usage. This time I was charged for a slew of random things that topped the cost of the rental. The service was great. That's why it pains me to write this. But there are a lot of rental companies out there. Don't take the chance. And if you're thinking about buying one, you might want to re-think the "demo" because I'm guessing not all renters are as gentle as we were. read more

Picked up the boat got it in the water, well they failed to put coolant in it. So it overheated. Took it back to them. Back to no boat and a long wait for them to even look at it. I took my jet ski here while on vacation.. I was told to hit a restaurant down the street and wait for a call as it was being taken in under "emergency status" .. After hours of waiting and no call they closed for the day. The next morning I began calling again and after 2 of us tried for about a half an hour they finally answered the phone to tell me it would be a few more hours and I would get a call.. finally I arrive to get my jet ski and it's $600+ in "repairs" yet only $130 in parts After placing it in the water and driving it for about 4 minutes it just cuts back off. So after another 30minutes of calling with nobody answering I finally get through only to be told "it was running when we had it here" and to let it sit and try it again in a few.. After a few more failed attempts I tried calling again, unable to get through I decided to forget it and just take it somewhere new when I got home.. Nice people - but they misdiagnosed my Yamaha 150 engine warning siren and said the CPI (computer) needed to be replaced - and that my entire steering system needed to be replaced. Total cost = $6000. My friend told me to get a second opinion and I reluctantly agreed. New marina determined that the engine issue was due to a failed oil transfer pump - and the steering just needed additional hydraulic fluid. Total cost = $600. True story. Just my experience - possibly it's an aberration - possibly not. read more

The part I special ordered came in, and I was sent notification that it was on the way. Didn't arrive and still showed at their business. I called them and they assured me it went out on that date. Called the next day and got another person. He also said it was shipped and he would reorder that day. Surprisingly, later on, the same day UPS sent me a notification that they picked up the pkg. Boat had two motors swapped one would not reach full rpm's they said they couldn't fix and recommended another dealer taking a look got it back found loose bolts all over, intake manifold, exhaust manifold missing bolt in jet drive. Spent 45 minutes all together on hold. No one would answer in parts and kept getting hung up on. Even tried getting ahold of manager with no success. I drove in 45 minutes because it was a part I really needed. The phones never rang once while I was there. Store manager Aaron was tough to find to come to counter. Purchased a boat from RPM in May of 2017. There have been numerous issues from a service standpoint since day 1. Communication between sales and service is clearly an issue. 2 months after delivery there are still unresolved/ongoing service issues. Quick example of the "quality of service", boat was delivered with a full inspection and on-water test. One quick look at the motor revealed rotten/ripped bellows. They said, "surprised our technicians missed that". This is just one of the issues. In our opinion, this is absolutely not the recommended place to purchase a used boat. Between the poor communication and clear lack of technical knowledge, you are better off choosing another dealer/service center. read more

Worse customer service ever. It will be a long review but worth the read. On December 8th I ordered 2 items from Leaders Rpm though amazon. I receive the package the following Thursday which was December 14th. The box and only one of the 2 items were in the package so I decided to call leaders rpm. The lady on the phone told me that they did not communicate with the other warehouse and they forgot to send out my other part.. ok no problem then she said she would have it to me by Monday and would send me an updated tracking number as soon as possible. Meanwhile my bike is sitting at the shop already taken apart because we expected the part on Thursday. Friday the 15th rolls around and I didn't hear anything but I didn't want to keep bothering anybody so I waited till Saturday which was the 16th when I received an email that said my part has been shipped with the new updated tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number and it ended up being my previous tracking number saying the parts have already been delivered so when I emailed them back and told them I needed my new tracking number the response was "my bad" later that day I received another email stating that they still have not sent out my Part and would send it out Monday. Monday rolls around so I decided to call and talk to the manager for the parts department and asked why I did not have my part yet and his response was the same thing that they did not communicate and the part did not get sent out. At this point I was not happy. I found another part online later that day and ordered it. I called back leaders rpm to tell them to cancel my order and the manager of the parts department told me my Part was already sent out at that point. When I asked how to return it because I no longer needed it he tried to justify why I didn't have my Part and say it wasn't his fault and that I should just understand. In the meantime my bike is still sitting at the shop and they're charging me $25 a day storage because they have no part. At this point I was very upset and was arguing with the manager when he proceeded to tell me that I sounded like I was in middle school and kept asking me my age. At this point I was pissed. For one that's not something you say to a customer. For two I'm a disabled veteran and when I was over seas fighting nobody cared what my voice sounded like so why would he say something like that. It was completely rude and uncalled for. Once again I would never recommend this business to anybody and they have definitely lost my business forever. Update: Just to show they did reach out to me and I did have a long talk with the GM of Leaders rpm. He couldn't apologize enough. I can't let a couple of bad apple employees ruin my experience with them and he definitely made things a lot better. I told him I didn't want anything as far as money or a refund but he ended up emailing me a $50 gift certificate anyway and I want to reach out and thank Brent Resh for making things right. After purchase had a few issues with service department. Choose to go to another dealer several hours away. 2018, The machine needed a rear tire, brakes and oil plus general service check. So, decided to give Leaders another chance and made an appointment for today. Leaders is about one hour away from us. Work was done sooner than promised. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
