They've been able to figure out issues other mechanics could not diagnose (or things the other mechanics got wrong/screwed up), and instead of cringing when I hear the price, I think, "Oh, that's not so bad." The owner and mechanics are friendly. I was sitting in the lobby, waiting for a ride, and everyone who passed through asked if I'd been helped, if I had a ride coming, etc. It was pouring rain the last time I waited for my ride, and even though they were closing, they offered to let me stick around in the lobby until my ride came.
