I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

Both me and my wife were very satisfied with the Dentist who attended us. My problem is with a bill they sent me after a month of offering the services which was a surprise. They sent us a bill of $226 claiming that's our share which the insurance did not pay but we specifically asked if there is anything we would need to pay out of pocket other than our co-pay and the answer was "absolutely not". Not only this, they decided to send our contact details to some collections agency without speaking to us. When I called them, they lied about leaving VM's and making attempts to contact us. It's evident they chose not to speak to us because they had already lied to us about giving services that the insurance would not cover. Once again, I am not demeaning their dentistry services in any way whatsoever, they are good at what they do, just be mindful of your bills while dealing with them. Don't believe what they are saying and double check every thing with your insurance first.

So I did. When I called back they said i could come in and have xrays done this month in June but get the cleaning in January (7 months away). I said I'm 33 weeks pregnant and can't get X-rays. She said that's their policy. No cleaning without X-rays. I don't see why that's necessary. I'm not getting a cavity filled. It's just a cleaning and it's not safe for my baby. Regardless if I did get the X-rays, a lot will change in 7 months and I'm sure they'd say I'd have to get more X-rays then.

Everything was organized and they asked all the important question about my medical and dental history. They left nothing out. When I first met Dr Veys I was totally impressed. She examined me front to back, up and down, inside and out. I apologized for the mess my mouth was in. I saw a Prosthodontist for almost 9 years. I spend a lot of money, time, pain and not to mention anxiety. This dentist I saw was a salesman and sold me a lot of junk. Whatever work that was done had to be redone. Dr Veys was able to fix and undue the damage that was done and I didn't have to take a second mortgage. I never had to sit around. She ran pretty much on schedule. This was wonderful after waiting hours to see the other dentist. I spent more time walking out of appointments which was horrible, lack of patients time and unprofessional. I didn't have the anxiety of her discussing money and what things cost. The previous dentist would talk money before working on me. Even telling me how to pay for the work. Hi, I went there for…read moreyears and now left. She was always pushing unnecessary procedures under the guise of real need, really disgraceful to my mind. Also, I found it interesting that when I would ask questions she would appear annoyed. I have gone to another dentist who is wonderful. I explained my family wants required procedures and we're happy to discuss any that are anything else. What we didn't want was every visit to be told we need work, when we didn't. He also takes the time to really explain the what and why of his work - it's really fantastic. Example: Last time I went to Veys several years ago I was told I had several teeth that needed cavity work. My new dentist never mentioned a thing. He did say everything looked great and he advised on items that might be coming within the next 10 years due to my age. Don't take my word for it, talk to anyone who has seen her for more than a couple years.
