Lexi at leaf life is an outstanding employee and honestly the only reason I make a drive clear out to commercial when I could go to the Lancaster location. She has outstanding customer service always greets me walking in and always with a smile,she always does small chat which I love! and automatically asks me what I'm looking for or interested in and always willing to help me decide on flavors and has feedback for most vape brands. (She knows her stuff to say the least)She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves leaf life being happy with their products and leaving with satisfaction. I've always felt uncomfortable when the other staff members are working and that make it an uncomfortable experience almost every time, and why is there more men then women working?..most times I wait till she's working cause she treats her customers with respect and kindness and always willing to help she honestly makes this vape shop even worth going too. I went in on christmas eve, filled with excitement to get a new bong from these fellas as I had never gone there before. I got a $70 bong from them that had a really nice design, the top piece had gel with a spiral blue tube going through it, the gel intending to get cold but never freeze so you can put the top piece in the freezer. They EXPLICITLY told me that I can put this glass piece in the freezer too, so I took their advice and did it! Yet... After bringing it home, freezing it, then in my excitement using it once, I sealed my fate. The bong was FLAWED! It had a crack inside on the blue tube! Impossible! I couldn't have done it myself, it was something the workers didn't quite notice and nor did I. I called them, but since they said "Our policy is we don't take back used bongs" They basically tried to brush me off. I tried to converse with them to work out something, considering it was an expensive christmas gift and I can't really buy expensive bongs often except with events like CHRISTMAS. Well, the one of three who talked to me never gave me his name nor did he treat me with any courtesy on the phone. I'll admit I was heated, but anyone would if this had happened to them and these fellas did not give any care to the fact they sold me a flawed piece. Instead, the worker SHIFTED BLAME onto me, saying it was MY FAULT for buying a flawed piece from them and not SEEING IT SOONER, while then stating that him and his two other workers always check for flaws. He did not want to deal with me, saying his manager was in arizona at the time. I can't tell if this is a lie or not, nor am I waiting anymore for the call as I had never gotten one. Please, please please do NOT go into this place, abandon it. They're not worth your time or patience if they're going to sell flawed pieces, blame their customers, and tell them to just come back and buy a whole new piece at full price with no way to work around it. Too Long Didn't Read: Leaf Life sells me $70 flawed bong as my christmas preasant then blames me for not noticing flaw. Has "Go F yourself" attitude on phone and robotically enforces policy like a big wig company. 0/10 won't buy from again, just go to a different smoke shop... like... one in a minimall just south of Winco, just sayin'. read more

I had been a Loyal customer since you've opened. Recently I had bought a battery and had to bring it back three times before I got a working one. I just bought 4 VFun vapes and one didn't work. So because I didn't try in the store they won't allow me to bring it back. Said it's their policy to try in store but was not told too and they said its not their responsibility to tell us too. Their for you lost a great customer that goes out of my way to your shop. read more

I went into the shop to buy some Vape juice, talked to the sales person about how I hate menthol but wanted something melon tasting. I purchased one salt and two regular juices at 3%. When I ran out of my juice and I opened one it didn't taste right so I tried the other one and it didn't taste very good either. This was a few days after I purchased. I then scrutinized the bottles and realized that they had given me menthol after I talked about hating menthol. I called them and ask them to exchange them for me since I brought up the subject and they won't do it because I didn't tell them Within a day, but it had only been a week so I felt that was pretty fast, considering I didn't need to open it until a few days after I bought it.I will never give this store any more of my business. I don't recommend you going there or you're gonna get screwed out of your money even if they make a mistake. If I had not mentioned that I didn't like menthol I probably would've just sucked it up. read more
