While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. For months, I have repeatedly emailed Terry Miller and to their info@ at this company without any response. We are actual customers. Many businesses like this post positive ratings & reviews from their employees, their families, and friends, not from actual customers.
