The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. Rudy carelessly was just spraying like he didn't want to be there. I stopped him and inquired about the bleach affecting my plants which he said he sprayed the plants first with water which I didn't believe. He asked if he could come back the next day to finish which I responded an unequivocal no. He left my place a mess. Needless to say, my concerns were spot on and my plants started dyeing and my outdoor light fixtures were discolored. When I reached out to him, he said, "I was hired to clean your house" and accepted no responsibility for all my plants and bushes and fixtures and simply said, "Jesus loves you." (huh??) He didn't even have his own hose and used mine. He said he was in business for 10 years yet ILSOS indicates the business was incorporated in '23 and Rudy is not even an officer of the company.... Buyer beware, this guy is lazy and a scammer!

We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.
