It starts off with a sales pitch, not something I needed because I've had this product on a home I owned in the 90's. What was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour deal was 3.5 and we had to start really pushing. Todd was sweet, not so good with an iPad, and my husband loved to tell stories that added time. Lots of time, and Todd being the polite person he is encouraged the details. The rep wants you to leave a review while they are there. Don't do that. Honestly, think about it. The sales pitch and payment info are to rope you in. The real art is in the installment and how the crew behaves. THAT'S who I'm rating. FYI, Yelp doesn't have them listed. John was the Crew Leader. Polite and willing to share whatever you wanted to know without oversharing. He read me very well. Zack was his cohort. Didn't get to speak to him outside of Hello/Goodbye, but very thorough. Yes, the team checked for debris around the house as part of their cleanup and was very respectful of our wishes or needs regarding the dog. Josh said he is second to or equal to Isaiah, who is the main point of contact. He came by in the later part of assembly to assist. Fair to say, my house looks HUGE. It's two stories, but has 3 stories worth of roof drainage to be addressed. The got it done in one day. It is beautiful. My 1913 home has spouting/gutters that are practically invisible and rarely seen. I chose Leafguard not only because of prior experience, but because I have both a Maple tree and Spruce trees. This is the only product that can handle both. I look forward to the next rainfall, with a waterproof camera, camp chairs, and umbrellas, to record the magnificence of this product. read more

We called for an estimate on Tuesday before Thanksgiving due to seeing their ad in the neighborhood mailer. When the person who answered said their system was down and they'd have to call back, we should have declined! Their salesman came out the day after Thanksgiving. We welcomed him into our home so he could show us samples of the gutters. This began the hour long hard sale, complete with an iPad presentation and disparaging remarks about all competitors. $25,966 was where he started. Then came the "discounts" and "free trip" and push for their financing. When I balked at the hard push to sign he continued to push even as much as implying we couldn't afford it. I was done and left the table. My husband had him pack up and get out shortly after. Talked to others later and sure enough they'd experienced similar experiences, those that purchased said we dodged a bullet. If I could give the salesman negative stars I would. read more

Leafguard Gutters have been a no brainier for us, we had them installed on the front of the house years ago. Now we needed to do the other side of house. Phill came to the house for a consultation, he did all the measuring after he listened to what I wanted, came back in with a quote. We went back and forth and we got to the right dollar amount. Within a week, the installers (Jake and Zach) where at the house ready to put up the gutters. From consultation to installation everything was handled professionally, the guys were very nice, cleaned up everything when they were done, couldn't even tell they were here! Leafguard Gutters are a little more money but in my opinion they are the superior product. For what they do (carry rainwater) -Leafguard has made them an attractive addition to your home! Excellent product but poor installation with poor contact for repair. Have had to call a different gutter service to address water pouring out of my eves and soffits Cannot recommend this business at all. If it were possible, I would give them a negative score. read more

They're very friendly. The sales person was a lot pushy and making the sale part of me feels that I probably could've got a better price with a different company but no but he was very pushy. I did go from $14,000 down to 10. I still feel that was a little too high, but I was tired of having to deal with other people come through. I did like their product. It seemed to be better in that the leaves were not stick to it. Give it a try you may like it. I still think that I probably could've got a lower price but interest free for 18 months I can handle it and I'm very happy with the gutters. They're doing the job. read more

I was told that this gutter system by LeafGaurd would stop water from wicking into the soffits and protect them from rot on my roof. I can still see rainwater dripping down from behind the flashing that was installed so I don't think the product is working. Not a steady stream but a consistent drip in several places. I'm also disappointed with the overlap of the flashing and how high they left the drains off the ground, 18 inches. There are gaps in the overlap area making it look less than professionallay installed. For a gutter that "will last a lifetime" I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product quality and doubt it will last long, see pictures. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone over other products available. Definitely not as superior as I was lead to believe. I did attempt to reach the general manager but haven't received any response, also disappointing, now I'm not confident they will live up to the warranty they were so proud of to sell me this product.
