Leah made getting my document notarized so easy! She cheerfully scheduled our appointment, even though I gave her very short notice. She was very communicative -- making sure I had everything I needed for the appointment and sending a helpful appointment reminder. I Just wanted to thank Leah for being able to provide her service for our family on such a short notice. We needed a POA in regard to an ill family member, and so having this done quickly was essential, and I live out of state and was arranging this for local family members. I'm so lucky to have found Leah's Mobile Notary. There was no way I could take my 89-year-old mother to an office on short notice to get the POA signed. I needed that document in place so I could update her Advance Medical Directive to reflect her current state of health. She had recovered from hospice last year and no longer needed to face the prospect of receiving palliative care should she return to the hospital with recurrent UTIs or related dehydration. I'm looking at respite care and long-term memory care, but no facility will arrange anything until I'm her authorized healthcare representative. I told Leah which Elder Law attorney we were working with, and she did all the background work to prepare for the signing session. No one could have handled this situation better. I mean that too. She was on time, she was very respectful, really intuitive, and most of all, she got right on it keeping the explanations simple, so my mother, who also has severe hearing loss, could easily understand. Never condescending, Leah seemed to know exactly what to say. I think we were done in less than a half hour. No drawbacks, no misunderstandings or ensuing arguments from either party.
