A company called Tilley & Co Roofing Ltd replaced a flat roof for my Dad in 2017 which cost nearly…read more£9000.00 with a guarantee of 10 years. However the roof leaks in 2 places after just a year since the installation. I tried to contact them, but the company went liquidation in late 2018. I also found out the company has changed their names and it's now trading under Tilley & Co property maintenance Ltd. So the 10 years guarantee is meaningless, as they are not interested in resolving the leaks, but only interested in taking your money.  I would not use this new company as they can declare themselves bankrupt and not honour any guarantee. They are not to be trusted to do the work that are to a poor quality standard and their guarantee is effectively worthless.

When on site his team worked full out and were very tidy, clearing as they went. They had obviously worked a long time together and operate a slick process.
