The visit became even more frustrating when the nurse practitioner came in and told us they did not have an x-ray machine on site. We were also told he would not order an MRI or outpatient imaging for her knee, even though it was Saturday and her primary care physician's office was closed. We were not expecting miracles, but we did expect a more helpful plan, better guidance, or some direction on how to get her properly evaluated. I understand that urgent care facilities have limitations, but patients should still leave feeling like their concerns were taken seriously. Between the poor front-desk experience, the lack of imaging availability, and the lack of helpful next steps, this visit left us feeling dismissed and frustrated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. What made the experience even more frustrating is that we later found another urgent care that was willing to evaluate the injury further and help with imaging options. That tells me we were not asking for anything unreasonable -- we were simply trying to get proper care after a fall.

My generation and prior knew about mental institutions. In the case of "Terrell", as it was known, everyone knew about it and you were likely to be humiliated at the expense of "Terrell". Let me explain. In elementary school, if you were to do something out of the ordinary, you may get a comment from another 10 years old, "what's wrong with you? Did you just get out of Terrell"? The implication being you weren't quite right. I've visited the grounds twice since my childhood. Most recently, I thought it would be cool to visit the cemetery. It was locked up and we were run off by the security guard! My next visit was to talk with someone about visiting the cemetery, without being unduly run off by the security guard! Driving around I found a sign and entered a building where two ladies were decorating for Christmas. I saw a sign point to, Museum this Way. So we walked to a small area of the building that had a display of the history of the institution. It was infinitely interesting. All my life I've been interested in these types of places and the mystery that surrounds them. When the original buildings were built, it was the largest institution of its kind west of the Mississippi. Over the decade's portions of the original burned, new buildings built, etc. Being a state-supported facility there was a time when money was short and the buildings fell into major disrepair. As society decided we didn't need these types of places, they became used primarily for drug addiction issues and criminal insanity. A portion of the original old building remains and it is spooky with a capital S! You can't go in but I can imagine what it's like. A newer portion from the 1950-60 era is still in operation and believe me it's also spooky. I urge anyone passing through the area or, on a day trip from Dallas, to visit the museum. I'm not sure if it's open now due to the pandemic but it's worth checking out.

LeAnne and the Health Revolution team are amazing! They really care about YOU!! They go above and beyond to give you amazing chiropractic care and advice. I feel well taken care of and they have truly become family friends! They adore our children and make us feel welcome and important to them. Our family of five (we have a 3 month old, 2 year, and 4 year old) see her weekly and we have noticed it has been such a benefit to all of our health. I saw her during my pregnancy with my third child and it was a huge difference in how I felt throughout my pregnancy compared to my other pregnancies with no chiropractic care. My baby was breach and I believe her Webster adjustments helped to turn my baby into the proper position within a week and keep her there until delivery! The ongoing care for my newborn has been great, she doesn't spit up (my other two spit up after every single feeding) and when she hadn't pooped in a few days LeAnne did an adjustment to fix it and she pooped that evening! I can not sing their praises enough!! Do yourself and your family a favor and go see them, especially for prenatal and infant/children care! They are the best! read more

I have had pain in my hip and thigh area for years. I could not sleep, I couldn't even get in a comfortable position. I have iced it down every night, sometimes several times a night. I went to the doctor to get relief and they sent me to physical therapy, which made it much worse! I found Dr. LeAnne and after just two adjustments, I no longer felt pain! I have not had to ice down since I have been seeing her. I get adjusted every week and have felt so much better! She has also made my sinus allergies so much better! read more
