The Telstra store in Indooroopilly are quite good. My mother still goes here to pay for her bills…read morethe old school way. I keep reminding here there is now something called online banking, but she refuses to move with the times. Despite her reluctance to move with the times and go online, she still manages to make her visits to Telstra shop in Indro to pay the bills and get all her questions answered while she's at it. The Telstra shop in Indro have proved to be so good at their customer service that it doesn't even tempt my mum into online banking. She enjoys coming here because it is convenient and she always has peace of mind. As I said the customer service is really good. There is often a Telstra staff member greeting customers as they enter the store. The staff would ask the customers what service they are after and if they could assist in any way. They do help! If you tell them you have a problem with your bill, they will point you in the right direction etc etc. Simple and basic good customer service.

I had a ton of nerves when I first arrived at the studio but from the moment I stepped through the studio door into the unique, secluded, boutique vibe the nerves melted away. James' arrangement advice and creative ability with production just instantly inspires confidence. The recording process itself was exciting, fun and creative. I didn't feel the usual 'red light syndrome' type pressure that you can feel in some studios and never felt like I was being watched or rushed. I was so happy with that first single that I've been back in 2009 to record an album and in 2011 to record another single. The sound that James pulls from his own handmade preamps and other gear just continues to blow me away along with the space, light and shade in his mixes. The finished songs never fail to sound better than I'd ever imagined. I can't recommend the experience and result more highly to any of my fellow musicians out there wanting to record and release their music.
