They put bills on your credit score with bureaus with no contacting of the person who's supposed to…read morepay, and then when you call and try to explain you don't have an account number they talk over you and tell you you need an account number when you're trying to explain that you don't have one. Not a single word can be spoken to their "representatives" without them calling you rude and threatening your credit score. Absolutely abhorrent company and are nothing but willing to be rude, disrespectful, and crass on the phone while not letting customers speak. Do your absolute best to AVOID this company as much as possible. They're bullies with superiority complexes and will not let you pay your bill so they can keep getting money. AVOID.

Being an adult isn't as fun as you thought it would be as a kid. Sure, you get to stay up late, eat…read morewhat you want, etc. but you also have to deal with medical bills, and worse yet, having them sent to debt collectors (which I suppose would be the natural transition of things, IF the debt was valid, which it was not). I had a preventative service back in spring of 2020, and I've been to this medical center the year prior, so this was nothing new for me. I did receive my results in the mail which was fine, but then I also received an EOB with a $200 charge for 'Imaging Center'. I never had one of these in previous years, so I called up my health insurance about it, in addition to the billing department at the medical center. Both places declared this to be incorrect, and I took notes on whom I spoke to, when, etc. However, later in the year (December to be exact), I get a 'bill' from this 'Grant & Weber' whom I never heard of before, claiming I owe $200+ (of course, interest was added on) so I called my insurance AGAIN, and I had a great guy put me on hold, resolving what I needed. I received an updated EOB with the same claim # stating it was resolved and I had a $0 balance. This EOB arrived in January of this year, 2021. In February however, I receive ANOTHER notice from G&W, with higher interest since it was obviously a couple months since their prior notice. Now I know from common sense NOT to call these people; they don't care about your situation, they just want your payment, and I hate to admit it but in their defense, they probably have heard every excuse in the book from scammers. When you are actually in the right though, this makes for a most frustrating experience. Cut to July, I get a phone call from a man named 'J. Dawson' STILL asking about this debt. Exasperated, I reach out to my insurance and the rep called G&W on my behalf. I was put on a three-way call and 'J. Dawson' came across as smarmy which I expected, but said he would contact Cedars and I was to call him back the following week which I was not looking forward to. Of course, I called, left a message, and have yet to hear back. It's now September. So, do you still want to be a grown up?
