I wish the learning content was a little more culturally inclusive from time to time but not a huge issue. The staff have been great, Ms. B, Ms. Amy, and Ms Nancy have been especially helpful. They really go above and beyond in making the school experiences magical and fun for the kiddos. If you're looking for a place your child will learn and be safe, they are great. Ms Stephanie gives wonderful updates at the end of the day and lets me know if there is anything I should be concerned of (changes in feeding habits or diaper issues). I went in one day to pick her up early and was pleasantly surprised to find her hugging Ms Luz on the playground singing and talking happily with her. Ms Luz also redoes her hair (much better than I do) basically every day. My older one warmed up a lot faster and he has matured a lot since being there. He shares better at home with his sister and he is using the potty now!! Ms Kathleen, Ms Sonia and Ms Amber at the front are warm, caring people who take the time to help out with any administrative questions or kid related ones. They know their students and parents and don't make me feel like "just another mom" dropping off and picking up. I was nervous about starting my kids at daycare since we always had family caring for them before, but I truly feel like this is a family oriented center.

You can not just walk in you can not just pick up a child if you are not a regular ... they will make sure and check you have permission to be picking the kids up.. the staff at the front desk are very pleasant they always greet you by name.... they are willing to help you with anything....they do not care how many times you call to check up on your babies they will assist you with anything....If you have any incidents in the classroom they will run the cameras back to make sure everything happened the way they said it happen.... they have always made me feel comfortable about asking any questions that needed to be ask..as far as education goes AMAZINGGGG....as soon as both of my girls can talk they knew their ABC's...shapes ...colours..numbers....and way more...they teach them everything from a young age...you will definitely tell the difference in your child if they attend....the educators and staff stays on top of everything when it comes to your child...especially their development ... they offer speech screenings also for your kids a lot parents do not know its okay for your kids to go to speech it actually helps with their education... they will help you with that also.... A lot of people will complain about the covid screening but I don't see why wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry....them testing every two weeks believe it or not saved a lot kids and families from getting super sick ...plus you do not know how your kid's body will react once that virus enters their little bodies...so I think it was an amazing thing...now that covid is a little under control they will lighten up on it ....I love the fact they make sure your babies are safe health wise....knowing how easy babies get sick in daycare it is and was a great thing....they will help your toddler through their potty training phase also ..they are super patient with that and have amazing ideas on how to get through the process.... you know I can go on probably for hours with this review ...I just really appreciate the SWM staff....and you know like anything else nothing is perfect but they will try their best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable and make it perfect...if you ever did have a situation with staff or administration its never leaked out to the kids ...its always handled just by the parents and staff...its never ever taken out on kids...as far as tuition goes its reasonable AND WORTH EVERY DIME... my peace of mind and my kids safety is priceless...so I'm willing to pay whatever for it...im willing to pay for whatever they ask me for ...im willing to donate....volunteer or help in anyway that will make my kid's school the BEST....They have great payment plans also...just all around a great school...good location ....great kids ...great families ... we all support each other when its birthdays...just a great community....

We received a daily report card of all of the things she did. 1-2 our daughter loved the teachers in the year and 2 year room. She thrived and even learned a little Spanish. The teachers worked with us to potty train her. Ms Brenda was very loving and caring. 3-4 they really started teaching them and preparing them for VPK. The had some nice additional things we were able to add on. Our daughter loved the music class and the cooking class. The teacher, Ms Jita (bad spelling of her name)who taught both was so amazing. During our tenure the Director changed. Both Ms Jade and Ms Colleen (the new director) were very good and along with the assist Director (Ms Julie) they made our experience there a good one. We went to visit last year and to our happiness and surprise almost everyone that was there when our daughter was, still worked there. That is rare for this business. The only reason we left was my job changed and I moved our daughter closer to home and also wanted her to make some new friends she'd be going to kindergarten with.
