I wish the learning content was a little more culturally inclusive from time to time but not a huge issue. The staff have been great, Ms. B, Ms. Amy, and Ms Nancy have been especially helpful. They really go above and beyond in making the school experiences magical and fun for the kiddos. If you're looking for a place your child will learn and be safe, they are great. Ms. Norma-the OWNER of the daycare-is completely unprofessional , disrespectful and apparently values her bottom line more than the child. She communicated to us that she does not do behavior charts nor does she meet with parents to discuss the child's behavior. Rather, she makes spur of the moment decisions of when the child is in her words, "No longer welcome" back to the school. This was the case for us and now we are left with the burden of explaining to our daughter why she can't go to the school anymore. As a parent, if someone says that they don't want your child to return to their school, would you plead with them to reconsider with the chance that your child will be treated differently from the other kids? Apparently this was Ms. Norma's expectation as she was not too happy that we didn't beg her to keep our child in her school. She disrespected my wife over the phone and was more upset that we withdrew our child (per her request) and requested a letter -for her new school-stating that we were financially up-to-date on payments at her school. She showed her true colors and let us know what mattered to her most: THE MONEY. If your child does not have the maturity of an adult, acts their age, or has special needs, this is NOT the place for you. Terrible experience and PISS POOR communication.

I went in one day to pick her up early and was pleasantly surprised to find her hugging Ms Luz on the playground singing and talking happily with her. Ms Luz also redoes her hair (much better than I do) basically every day. My older one warmed up a lot faster and he has matured a lot since being there. He shares better at home with his sister and he is using the potty now!! Ms Kathleen, Ms Sonia and Ms Amber at the front are warm, caring people who take the time to help out with any administrative questions or kid related ones. They know their students and parents and don't make me feel like "just another mom" dropping off and picking up. Both me and my husband are working parent and this came in as a shock and had no idea what to do. After doing some research and visited a few schools in a matter of days we decided to go with primrose. While they didn't necessarily had the space at the moment they were able to make an exception based on our situation. Is it an expensive school? Yes, very expensive to be honest. However , the level of education and care he received was unmatched. I do truly think they care about their kids and the quality is very high.
