As a past attendant of Learn N Grow Daycare (Formally Known as Kidz R Kidz, from the varying reviews of these people who took their own kids to this daycare I say my experience was great. Kids amazing, staff alright but a pleasure to be around. One of the Owner's Before Miss Divya was a African American Woman with a wonderful family that also worked and attended the daycare. she was such a blessing. My three year old daughter, whom would not lie about someone hurting her, reported a teacher hurt her and was in tears when telling me what had happened. I kept her home and the owner called a meeting with my daughter, myself, the owner and the accused abuser. It was not a meeting, it was an attack on my three year old daughter and the owner basically called her a liar. It was so traumatizing for my daughter and so unprofessional of the owner. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, as I have heard MANY other horror stories of abuse. read more

Best Childcare center ever! Better than Kindercare (Beachwood) and Brightside Academy (Ridge.) Speaking from personal experience. I really like this childcare because staff members are genuinely happy and fun to be around. The staff are honest people, adaptable to each child, reliable, and work quick to meet the child's needs. The director is always paying attention to each classroom and buying what the children need. I'm a first time mom and former childcare teacher of 3years. The director Divya used to run another daycare in this exact spot, unfortunately the owners of the previous daycare were not allowed to continue operations with their license and Miss. Divya opened up under her license. However, she is abusive, she has hit many children, thankfully never mine otherwise i would have her neck. I spoke to many parents about her, she believes in ritualistic " indian" teaching which includes slapping children who misbehave. Its really sad that she is able to continue business and put kids in jeopardy. I can only thank god i got my son out when i did otherwise i would probably be in jail after hearing all the horror stories. Looking back on the bumps and bruises my son would come home with makes me wonder if they really came from his "falls" like they said or if he was subjected to abuse as well. I ask that before you take your young child to a daycare have the place FULLY inspected by ODJFS and make a report if you see something that seems off. PLEASE BEWARE. read more

Being that my son has a disability i have run into so many problems with days cares until learn N grow they are open to working with these children. Yes their are children there who are mean but you'll run into that any where. I appreciate the workers here. This place has saved me from not having to give up school and work. read more

This place is literally a JAIL for my wife that works there. Besides the fact that the owner she's treating her employees with no respect, forcing them to work on holidays and not paying any penny for it, she doesn't offer not a single benefit like sick day off, vacation or holidays. Absolutely NOT recommended. read more
