We both received a spa pedicures, so it took about an hour. The girls were very thorough with the process and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Once we were done the instructor came over and checked on us and our toes. We will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone. You can't beat the prices, either. Just make sure you tip because it is a school so they don't make money off of their clientele.

They love to get the parents involved in the education of their children, which I think is so important. Children don't just learn at school, they learn so much more at home and being able to volunteer and help my child in school makes us have a more united front and be able to help my children more. They have so many different ways they teach the children to be able to help each child learn the way they are able to. They don't force one learning style on the child. They have a better way of handling the children and helping them to excel. I have only had good experiences with them for over 2 years now. Any concerns I have get addressed and I feel like a team member in my child's learning, rather than an outsider looking in.

After visiting campus, it appears if you are attending locally it may be good, but online, no deal and here's why: The placement tests cannot be taken online. You must visit campus for ALEKS mathematics testing. Online students are charged the whole gamut of fees including gym, museum, tutoring, and wifi fees even though actually utilizing these services is impossible from 1,500 miles away. When I brought this up, their reply was basically "We can understand how this is unfair to you, but well.. sorry." Online courses come with their own hefty technology fees and the professors basically rely on McMillan Online phoning the entire course in. Very little interaction with professors sometimes waiting weeks for a response to e-mail. I have been trying to change my major for FIVE MONTHS without any progress. The registrar's office claims to have never gotten my faxed paperwork the three times I sent it. When I visited campus in person, they could not tell me where the online advisor's office was located at. Online program offerings are very slim. Some required-to-graduate classes are listed as online, but require campus activities. Complete waste of time. If you are looking for an online program, look elsewhere. Your money is wasted at SUU.

Every time you reach out to anyone, even student success, their response is less than professional, or geared to helping students achieve success academically. Not only that, but the lacrosse program there is so under supported. As a parent having to deal with these people, from the admin to the department heads, I have been very disappointed. Universities need to realize that students and the parents paying for their schooling, are their customers. Teachers need to be less arrogant and egotistical and realize that their place is to teach and help their students be successful. Failing them only really makes you look like a lousy teacher. Until the staff of Southern Utah University realize that they need to be respectful and helpful to the students and their parents, they will never meet their full potential. DON'T waste your time or money attending that school. Seek education elsewhere.

Swapped out empty 15 Lb. Tank at a local convenience store for a full one that had a Blackburns…read morelabel on it. Turns out it leaked out of top of valve when opened even when not attached to BBQ. Serious Fire Hazard. Store said I had to take it to Blackburns. Blackburns said to leave it with your phone # and they will purge it and replace valve and quoted me on cost of replacement gas per gallon. I said to just replace it with a good tankI But they said they didn't have any even though they had pallets piled with them outside, took the FULL LEAKING tank to a different store and swapped it for a FULL NON-LEAKING "AMERIGAS" tank for $28. What a HASSLE! Most alarming aspect is this outfit charges a fee to inspect and certify expired tanks and do not even inspect their OWN TANKS? And still will not stand behind their own products. Never getting near another Blackburn product again.
