The management is great and really cares and supports their families and staff. I get a smile every time I come in and an update on my children. The way they handled the COVID years was amazing. You can see how great the relationship is between the staff and their managers. Any concerns I bring up are handled quickly and kindly. The facility is kept clean and is always being updated, my kids love the food provided and the curriculum is fun and engaging. My child brings a lot of cute art home. No place is perfect but I am overall Happy with our care at this Center and I would recommend it to everyone.

We went to several of the local…read morepreschools/daycares in the area to find one with a curriculum that was fairly close to what my daughter was used to. This is not the place. First off, it's more expensive than almost all other daycare/ preschools in the area. The bad part is that they don't teach her anything. All they do here is play all day, every day. That's not great when considering the cost. Second troubling part of this is that they have an older woman that works in the 3 year old class that shouldn't be around children. She obviously doesn't like them and really has no problem letting it be known to them. The next thing that really bothers me, is the complete lack of any education at all. In three weeks my daughter has learned to stop saying thank you, your welcome, please, you know, common courtesy phrases that she said in abundance before attending this place. Over the last week we have repaired most of the damage this place has done, but she will not be going back here. The last thing that I'll speak of is just the general filthiness of the place. My wife has been there numerous times to pick her up and everything is dirty. The blanket that my daughter takes naps with is being trampled on the floor because nothing got picked up after nap time that took place more than two hours ago. They sell it as a great place to take your young ones and try to justify the cost by feeding you a bunch of lies. Do NOT fall for them. Find a different place to take your child, unless you care nothing for your child. Then this place will be sufficient.

Quick to promise to follow my child's dietary needs, but didn't follow through…read more When I came to drop off/pick up my child, I consistently saw staff interacting with each other--not with the kids. I came to pick up my child at lunch time and found plates of food that were not cut to a safe size. I sat down to talk to my kid and two other kids(not kids that I even know) walked up and gave me their plates and asked me to cut their food so they could eat it. At the time, there were three other adults in the room. None of them seemed to notice. No daily notes communicating what the kids did/ate/when they napped etc. Once, I received an "incident report" stating that another child had hit my child and taken a toy away. Incidents happen, no big deal. What bothered me is that the incident report I received was dated a week prior to the day I received it. Tried to send my kid home with someone else's blanket--twice in two weeks. Dirty.
