Our kindergarten son has been attending LearningRx for several months now, and he has made incredible progress. In a matter of weeks, he went from being behind in class to completely caught up. Ms. Vicki has been absolutely wonderful with him; she has been incredibly flexible in adjusting her approach to match his personality, which has made all the difference. All of the trainers have also been fantastic at stepping in whenever he needs assistance with Brain Lab. ​In addition, the supporting staff--in particular Audrey, Josh, Joni, and Rich--have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I recommend not attending this facility. The manager, Josh, is egotistical and thinks he's better than other people. He verbally treated me like I was a child though I'm older than him. I conveyed this to the owner, Rich, and he kicked me out. I'd recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere. read more

Our son is almost done with the program and we are very impressed with his progress and accomplishments so far. He has made great strides with his memory, processing skills, and overall attitude about learning. We have noticed less anxiety and frustration when he's doing homework at home. We were at our last ditch effort of ever finding help for our developmentally delayed son when we came upon LearningRx. So far, it has been a joy to bring him here. He doesn't fuss, loves his trainer and generally works hard. We had tried Brain Balance but he would always complain and not do the exercises at home, which was not any fault of Brain Balance. It was a good program! But perhaps not quite the right fit for him. LearningRx has been a godsend for him and us as well. Definitely recommend!!! This place has done so much for my son. We are halfway through and the gains in his general attitude toward academics has changed. Our son started Learning RX six months ago. He has made many improvements in his ability to follow multi layer directions along with listening skills. He was also involved in the Reading RX program and he is able to sound out words and not get frustrated while reading at age 9. When our 7-year-old came to Learning RX, she disliked many of her school subjects. She absolutely dreaded reading. She is intelligent and creative, but just couldn't apply phonics rules to reading. We tried different "systems" with no success. She would painstakingly sound out words, but by the time she got to the end of the sentence, the meaning was lost. Her Learning RX assessment showed below average memory and word attack skills. We are now on the last week of a 24-week program, and her progress is amazing! She reads longer words and sentences with more fluency and confidence. She doesn't slump in her chair or hide when it's time for schoolwork anymore.
