George is a miracle worker! I accidentally got blue ink on the leather seats in my hubbies new Mercedes s550 (oops) then I YouTubed how to get it off and used sunscreen; which took off the finish on the leather (double oops) I called the dealership and they recommended Leather Rescue. He did a phenomenal job and was quick and very affordable! It looks like it never even happened. Thanks George!

George was professional and used a tarp to protect the area around the recliner.

I came across an incredible vintage Eames chair on Facebook Marketplace which needed a lot of love…read moreto be worth the investment. Tears and deep cat scratches. I drove down the street from the seller and did a quick review of leather restoration contractors in the area. Based on reviews alone, I immediately reached out to Ernesto and he answered on the first try! After explaining the situation, he agreed to review pics. Within 5 minutes he responded with a thorough explanation of the items authenticity, and provided recommendations on next steps to restore. He told me it was a greay opportunity for a one of a kind piece of furniture. I asked him for a quote and jumped at the opportunity to schedule the work. The quote was that reasonable. I figured what did I have to lose? We scheduled an appointment to complete the work within the week. His business is completely mobile which is an added plus. He arrived on time with tools and equipment. He estimated 2 1/2 hours to complete the job - it was completed in two hours and 15 minutes. I watched the entire process as he transformed dirty, damaged leather and brought it back to life. Absolutely fascinating melting leather, sanding, buffing, dying. I hope I'm not giving away trade secrets!! It was like magic to say nothing of how charming, neat, professional, and courteous Ernesto is. it was the most delightful experience with a contractor that I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend Ernesto for his deep domain expertise in this niche leather restoration market - absolutely incredible. And to top it off, he says he could've made it look even better, but he was conscious of my budget. I just had to laugh because it looks like new now. Super well done Ernesto. Thank you.

They did a fabulous restoration job on our piece of old furniture…read more The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us see each step of the restoration and decide how we wanted to continue.

I stopped in to ask about having repairs made to two chairs that had previously been reupholstered…read moreand refinished elsewhere. While the upholstery was beautiful the foam cushion used had no support so when one of the chairs was used the foam ripped as it was pushed through the unsupported seat hole. Thus, both need supports added. When inquiring about repairs, I was asked only one question regarding the seat, if it simply popped off, to which I responded no that there were decorative nail-heads before being told I needed to see an upholsterer. When I inquired as to why, I was informed that the upholstery had to be removed to fix the chair, a statement I believe is incorrect. The structure can be accessed from under the seat to add support. When I explained the structure of the chair, I was then requested to bring one of the two chairs in to allow them to look at it. I explained that would have to borrow an SUV and have help to bring the chair and requested that I be able to send pictures for a preliminary decision as to whether or not they thought they could fix it before bringing the chair in to the store. The store representative told me with some exasperation to just throw a chair in my car, and I didn't need help for a simple chair. I was shocked to be told that the chair could fit in my car and that I could manage to move and lift it on my own after clearly informing the store representative that I could not. In shock, I stuttered that I couldn't, and paraphrasing was told to not be dramatic and ridiculous of course I could put a dining room chair in my car by myself. I, therefore, explained it wasn't a dining room chair and I had never said it was and reiterated that the chair wouldn't fit in my car. When he started to argue the point again, I was forced to further explain that I am disabled and unable to lift a heavy chair, even a dining room chair had it been one, because of my shoulder. He then gave me instructions for taking pictures and gave me the email address to send them. Given an hour or so to reflect upon my experience, I have decided that his handling of the situation did not reflect the type of customer service I expect and likely foreshadowed future issues so I will be looking for somewhere else or just buying new chairs (the easy solution). I would have preferred to be asked questions to confirm his assumptions instead of having incorrect information spouted authoritatively at me such as I could manhandle the chair on my own which placed me in an uncomfortable position of having to explain.
