Within 5 minutes he responded with a thorough explanation of the items authenticity, and provided recommendations on next steps to restore. He told me it was a greay opportunity for a one of a kind piece of furniture. I asked him for a quote and jumped at the opportunity to schedule the work. The quote was that reasonable. I figured what did I have to lose? We scheduled an appointment to complete the work within the week. His business is completely mobile which is an added plus. He arrived on time with tools and equipment. He estimated 2 1/2 hours to complete the job - it was completed in two hours and 15 minutes.
