We have strong reasons to believe she took them. In addition the cleaner was highly unprofessional. She tried to leave 30 minutes before the end of the two-hour session we paid for. They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the…read moresavings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.
