They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done. Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people.
