Wyatt, our technician, was a little frustrated because the tech who inspected our dryer two weeks ago left it unassembled. Sears really needs to figure out the scheduling and notifications. On one occasion, I was sitting at the kitchen table, 15 feet from the front door, when I got a message that the tech had been there, knocked and left. There is a doorbell which he chose not to use. I bill $375 per hour, and wasted about three hours sitting at the house waiting for a tech who either showed up and left, or canceled.

We contacted Grand Appliance and they said to contact Centricity, who handles repairs. Centricity said to contact Whirlpool, who said they could not help us. Looks like the warranty is no longer honored, and we'll be stuck paying for a simple repair.
