Throughout the process we consistently felt and observed a clear imbalance in how communication was handled between the parties. Based on our experience, the other (female) parent appeared to receive responses timely, while our messages or requests would go unanswered or if answered, would take extreme waits (weeks or months). We had ongoing issues regarding billing. Charges felt excessive, frequent, and if disputed would be dismissed rather than reconciled. The overall experience was truly traumatizing as our child was left in a very dangerous situation and this time was exacerbated due to the lack of communication and support from the parties who were paid to do so. I don't feel this situation was handled ethically correct or fair. Thankfully, with the help of our amazing attorney, we moved forward and reached the best resolution for our child and we obtained full custody. Sadly, this resolution took years and came at a signification financial and emotional hardship to our family. Overall, this is my personal experience, and it left an extremely negative impression. I would never work with him again. And correct I wasn't a client, I was the spouse of one and got the first row seat to this circus.

I want to like this guy -- I really do. I do love his ties, and despite the whole stadium mess…read moreawhile back, he seems like a nice enough dude. So, I am looking for someone to write the old will (you know, you hate to think about that, but it has to be done). I am doing due diligence, and research, and trying to find the right attorney. Dude looks good. Ties are great. Spiffy suits. The waiting room is nice enough, and it has some great magazines.... But then, there is the problem -- he does double-duty down at the state house. Yep, the Indiana Legislature. (Sounds important, right, but its just a part-time gig. So they can run their own Mom and Pop shops, at the same time. Shucks.) And, Gregory enthusiastically voted for that bill that says it is actually okay to turn someone away just because -- you know, they kinda have weak wrists... and okay, so my son has weak wrists. Limp wrists. So, I am worried now.... will Greg turn me away just because of my son? I mean, hey! Can I leave him at home, and get Greg to actually write the will, and make it all legal and stuff -- or will I have to bring the kid in to my appointment? And, if Greg notices the wrists -- what THEN? The attorney here was duped into believing that Jesus condemned homosexuality. He didn't. Never brought it up once. I know, because I am a Christian. So is the son. You know, the one with the limp wrists... Sigh. What's a guy to do? Then, a week later, this same attorney was duped into a half-assed law that tried to pretend it was changing the main issue, and yet failed to do that. So, now, today -- Greg can still discriminate against my son. 'Cause of those limp wrists. Sigh... So, I recommend you take your business to an attorney who is smarter. One who can actually read a bill before he foolishly signs it. One who can actually read a second version - add-on-because we kinda "oops-we-goofed-and-we-don't wanna lose-the NCAA, for Jesus' sake!" kind of a bill. Greg must have failed to read Version Two, as well. The new upgrade. You know, the Beta version of the bill. It's sorta like Windows 8.1 was to Windows 8. Wow. I want an attorney who actually READS before he makes a decision. I'm Christian, you see. I know that real Christians recognize that Christianity is inclusive. Everyone is welcome at Jesus' table. Note just Greg. Not just attorneys. Not just Anita Bryant. And, those verses that refer to homosexuality are all in the Old Testament, right next to verses that recommend you be be stoned if you wear a shirt made from two fabrics, or that you be put to death if you fail to kill a bird of prey each season (gulp! I haven't done that yet, this season -- but I am working on it, okay!) I am Christian. So, I cannot support immorality. In any form. And, bigotry is immoral. But, his ties are kind of spiffy.
