Rent QC is pretty good IMO... Property reviewing: Park View - RI Value: 5 Stars - Rent is very reasonable. Water is included. I am month to month and still am well under $600.00 per/month. Condition of the property: 3 1/2 Stars - the complex is dated and could use some TLC. My stove is original and the refrigerator is kind of busted up. Parking is an issue for some that have multiple cars as spots are limited. ** There is a weekly cleaning crew that takes care of common areas. *** Snow removal could be better during winter months. I've lived through worse. Attentiveness to service requests: 4 Stars - every service request has been responded to and only a couple times have I had to call personally to address an issue. FYI - the management company does a good job of respecting the privacy of its tenants.

I rarely write reviews, but future tenants deserve to know what they're getting into. 1. Maintenance Problems Ignored for Months One of the worst issues I experienced was when my ceiling actually collapsed on me. I took photos and called management immediately. They sent someone to clean up the mess, but then left the ceiling unfixed for nearly 2-3 months. It wasn't until I contacted Public Service/City Code Enforcement myself that anything changed. The very next day after the city reached out, they finally came to repair it. The fact that they only acted when the city got involved speaks for itself. 2. Mouse Infestation Not Taken Seriously Before moving out, I also dealt with a mouse infestation in my apartment. I reported it multiple times. Their solution was to put out a few mousetraps -- which the mice literally jumped over -- and then do nothing else. When I went in person to bring it up again, I was told: "Maybe someone in the building isn't living right." Instead of calling a proper exterminator like a responsible management company, they blamed tenants and never provided real pest control. My neighbors ended up handling the issue themselves because management refused to. 3. Unprofessional and Unresponsive Overall Between a collapsed ceiling left unrepaired for months and a mouse infestation that was ignored, it's clear this company does not prioritize safety, maintenance, or tenant well-being. I would not recommend renting from this management company. If you want safe living conditions, proper maintenance, or even basic professionalism, you're better off renting elsewhere. This has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional rental experiences I've ever had.

Fitness room is a joke since most of the equipment is broken or falling apart. Computer room is locked and unusable at all times. If there are parties in the party room, you can't use either door to come in and must walk clear around the building to get in. You have to pay to park in the parking lot, but if someone is in your parking space, nothing is done about it. Don't move here.

It all started when we moved in and found a mouse in our apartment. We are clean people so we were startled about them coming in our home. I told the leasing office and they said they would put out some traps while I was at work. After an 8+ hour work day I came home and absolutely nothing was done. We ended up buying our own traps and we ended up catching 7 mice. I told the Springs that I wanted this fixed and their response was to put lavender around the apartment and suggested a slew of home remedies. I obviously found this suggestion useless so after going back and forth they finally found that the mice were coming through the dryer duct. Now we have recently moved out and had to break our lease because I had to move to Tennessee for work. I told the springs 6 months before we moved that we were planning to move in January but didn't have an exact date since we were searching for a home. The Springs requires a 2 month notice to break the lease. When we found a home a few months later we told them the date but they stated that we did not give them a 2 month notice although I did tell them we would be moving more than 6 months before. This caused us to pay for 2 months of rent while our apartment sat empty. Before we moved we spent an entire day cleaning the apartment. My jaw dropped when they charged over $340 for cleaning fees, our security deposit only covering $300 of these fees. When asked what could possibly cost that much they said it was carpet cleaning and sent pictures of the items in the apartment they cleaned. It was 4 items, 3 crumbs in the dishwasher, a bit of dust on the ceiling fan, and a quarter size of residue in the fridge. All of which would take less than 10 minutes to wipe. This somehow cost over $250 for the cleaning company. When I called the leasing office they even stated that they agree this was crazy but it was what they were charged for by the cleaning company. At this point I didn't care about getting my security deposit back but the fact that they were charging me $40 seemed like a low blow. I would never recommend some one stay at these apartment. Steer clear of this place and save yourself the extra money and their lack of compassion to their residents.

There was standing water in my light fixture I had to go turn all breaker switches off and all he did was pour the water out the fixture and vacuum up the water from the ceiling and floors and painted right over it. I woke up at 5 am to a VERY hot apartment. I left a message on the office voice mail and the manager, Helen, informed me that our maintenance guy was out today but someone from another complex would be here in a few minutes. I had a new AC by 10 am. If you're considering moving, I highly recommend you check this place out first. The staff is awesome and I plan on living here for a long time.
