I asked to be put on the waitlist for a garage spot when I moved in and then the office manager sent out a general E-mail to everyone instead. You can't control when the A/C and heat go on. Last spring my apartment got up to 84 degrees before they turned the A/C on. Then in December the heat went out and my apartment dropped down to 60 degrees for two days. The maintenance people are quick to come check on things as well. BUT if you live on the river side of the building there's a HORRIBLE buzzing noise that started last year when they replaced the boiler in the basement. It sounds like cicadas and kind of eats your brain after a while. It's also haunted LEGIT and honestly everywhere is haunted but this is kind of next level.. there's no luggage carts so you have the stolen grocery carts in the lobby (okay... at least they have those), I could go on and on but I won't.. I live on the NE corner of the 15th floor in a really cool 1bdrm loft, it's gorgeous when you look at it.. Thought i was getting the deal of the century. Lots of Windows, cool view, square footage.. but seriously.. Not the deal of the century AT ALL! I'm moving out, do yourself a favor and don't get suckered into moving in.

They were so kind and patient with me as I called, many times, to ask questions before I signed my lease, and they have been helpful in so many ways since I moved in. They are the best! Maintenance is quick to respond to calls, and the staff is great. You know where you can leave your car running with the windows down, go inside have breakfast forget about your car come out 3 hours later and it will still be there. Caring, proactive community a wonderful place to call home..... Safe, secure, clean, affordable with all the amenities one needs to succeed. Hiking, walking, shopping, fuel, highway access, parks, golf, restaurants, everything right around the corner....

When we first moved in there was a cooking pan burn on the floor. Which was remodled after waiting 3 years. The prior maintenence group was going around banging holes in the walls and to "fix" potential water damage, but then didnt fix the root of the issue so it was patched and re-damaged multiple times. Good luck getting any meaningful repairs done. It can take up to 6 week for a simple window screen. They promise remodels are coming all the time, but its happened once in my whole time living here and I wouldnt even call it a remodel. Some dudes came slapped a bunch of tape on everything then left 4 hours later. Good luck communicating with the office its closed consistently. (Specifically everytime they do a mass towing here.) Management seems to get off on evicting people for unknown reasons, but permits people to concealed carry fire arms on the property even though its low income. And by people I mean children. I have never lived in a place infested with as many pests as this place. Roaches, mice, bedbugs, its got all of them. Place is overall disgusting and when it rains the parking lot. "That's owned by the city apparently." Floods woth dumpster juice that neglectful parents let their children play in. There have been multiple break ins on the lower floors since ive lived here and there's a new domestic violence situation loud where everyone can hear or see it at least once a week. Rent QC is pretty good IMO... Property reviewing: Park View - RI Value: 5 Stars - Rent is very reasonable. Water is included. I am month to month and still am well under $600.00 per/month. Condition of the property: 3 1/2 Stars - the complex is dated and could use some TLC. My stove is original and the refrigerator is kind of busted up. Parking is an issue for some that have multiple cars as spots are limited. ** There is a weekly cleaning crew that takes care of common areas. *** Snow removal could be better during winter months. I've lived through worse. Attentiveness to service requests: 4 Stars - every service request has been responded to and only a couple times have I had to call personally to address an issue. FYI - the management company does a good job of respecting the privacy of its tenants.

I rarely write reviews, but future tenants deserve to know what they're getting into. 1. Maintenance Problems Ignored for Months One of the worst issues I experienced was when my ceiling actually collapsed on me. I took photos and called management immediately. They sent someone to clean up the mess, but then left the ceiling unfixed for nearly 2-3 months. It wasn't until I contacted Public Service/City Code Enforcement myself that anything changed. The very next day after the city reached out, they finally came to repair it. The fact that they only acted when the city got involved speaks for itself. 2. Mouse Infestation Not Taken Seriously Before moving out, I also dealt with a mouse infestation in my apartment. I reported it multiple times. Their solution was to put out a few mousetraps -- which the mice literally jumped over -- and then do nothing else. When I went in person to bring it up again, I was told: "Maybe someone in the building isn't living right." Instead of calling a proper exterminator like a responsible management company, they blamed tenants and never provided real pest control. My neighbors ended up handling the issue themselves because management refused to. 3. Unprofessional and Unresponsive Overall Between a collapsed ceiling left unrepaired for months and a mouse infestation that was ignored, it's clear this company does not prioritize safety, maintenance, or tenant well-being. I would not recommend renting from this management company. If you want safe living conditions, proper maintenance, or even basic professionalism, you're better off renting elsewhere. This has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional rental experiences I've ever had.
