Even when I tried to get them lunch they wouldn't take a break to eat it until the job was done. Our home was built in the 90's and there were some unexpected things that came up during the install. They then did not replace the pan when doing the work. The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.
