Ken from Millennium Flooring has been a pleasure to work with and does outstanding work. He refinished the hardwood in our newly purchased home on the entire first floor. It was badly stained from the former owner's pet and also had water damage in a few areas. Ken came out to the home before we signed the P&S to give us a quote. I wrote a review a year ago when Millennium refinished our floors. Well, it was time to call them back to install flooring in our basement. Ken looked at the situation, proposed a solution, and we reviewed the choices on line, but thought we would look at samples. Ken came by the next day with the samples, and having the real deal to look at, touch, and put in the rooms made us change our decision. As expected, Ken and team showed up on schedule, went directly to work, and did a great job. The bill was for the same as the estimate, and our floors are wonderful. This is my second post for Ken. In the fall he sanded and refinished our dining and living rooms they came out great. This time we had him back to install 975 sq ft of prefinished red oak flooring in five rooms. Ken and Jamal are truly craftsmen the floors change the look of our house. Ken also helped out in our search for flooring. We went to APlus flooring in Hyannis. They helped us pick out the floor,trim and heating vent pieces . Millennium Flooring performed repairs to buckled flooring, sanded and sealed approximately 2400 square feet of Rock Maple and Fir flooring. The home is a craftsman style house built in 1920. All of the floors were installed in random patterns that made sanding with the grain difficult. Millennium worked within our timeframes, consistently showed up in a phased fashion and did an excellent job. The pricing is competitive and the final billing was in line with the original proposal. I contacted Millennium Flooring to sand our carriage house and we were very pleased with their work. Ken was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The quality, the products they use to refinish the floors and the cost was very reasonable. Our floors were over 100 yrs old and they did a beautiful job, far better than we expected considering the condition of the wood. The floors look warm and the wood smooth and natural. Ken has done my wood floors for several rooms. His work is always top notch. He was able to remove deep scratches in our bedroom and a deep stain from moisture in our dining room. The equipment he uses produces almost no dust, which is amazing compared to other work we have has done. He has gone into cloSets for us and even moved some stuff out for us. Last week I need my pantry Donne at the last minute; he was able to fit us in with 3 days notIce. We can't recommend hip him too highly! Best we have ever used. read more

I can't say enough about the great service! Due to bad weather we had to postpone having our floor done, several times. At last we arranged a date and, yes, it rained for the whole week! Fans were in place to get the floor dry. Additional coats of finish took longer to dry but that was due to the weather. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! I asked if it was ok for just sanding as I was looking to save some dough by coating the floor myself, ( I used to be in the flooring business, but can't handle the heavy tools anymore).
