I went to the counter for checkout and all registers were closed and the 3 women were stand behind the counter doing nothing, so i walked up to the older one on the end and she said "nope I'm closed" - I then asked her who's open then? She completely ignores me and the other 2 women were looking at their phones and laughing in their own little world. Then a taller gentleman came up from the back and opened a register to help me checkout and the others behind me, he told me that they are off the clock and getting ready to leave. So why do you have employees off the clock sitting up behind the counter on their phones or chatting? Completely unprofessional and lunacy for a building to allow this. Employees can't be themselves anymore and wear hats even if they want to outside of kitchen. Employees don't stick around and my guess is that the reason is her. She spends all day watching cameras and listening to the microphones to see what she can hem people up on. Place is a miserable one to go to. She is constantly looking to get people for stealing and yeah that's great but you can have some compassion too. When you give feedback that would improve the place it is totally ignored.

I feel that I could write this review for any Kwik Trip location that I've been, because they are…read moreall consistently awesome. I frequent this location on a weekly basis. The food is fairly cheap, and doesn't taste as nasty as fast food. I'm addicted to the rib and chicken sandwich. I'm usually to try any of the sandwiches if it's the special of the day. I also like eating the cold sandwiches and wraps. Yeah they're a little pricer, but they taste way more fresh than similar sandwiches at gas stations. Along with a sandwich, I get a fruit cup (watermelon, cantaloupe, or grapes usually), and a bottle of Kwikade is always refreshing (their own brand of Gatorade). The service is consistent with good communication. If a line builds up, they're fast at getting someone on another register. If you're looking for something or want something specific from the kitchen, they will make it for you. Now they have a Kwik Trip rewards program and I use it all the time! If you use it 15 times you get a free item to choose out of about six options. I go with a free chicken sandwich or burger. I always like it when I leave they say, "see you next time" because guess what it's true.
