Tim came out for a free consultation the following day and showed us the area where we had leaks. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done & assured us he would photograph the process. We had left our Florida home while this work proceeded. We're very happy with the work that was done and thankful we had this preventative maintenance completed . The price was fair and we received a discount since both of the leaking areas were treated. The tile was removed to reach the leak, materials were replaced and the finished roof looks great.
