Excellent service and tasty food. Very nice server named Sarah. She was timely, attentive, and friendly. We ordered this medium pizza with "crispy" bacon and black olives. Look at all of that bacon...and yes, it tastes great. I'm very impressed by the volume of bacon on this pizza. We are also fans of their pizza sauce. It's heavy tomato and rather sweet. I suspect they add sugar, but the end product is excellent. As you can see, we had leftovers. Our server asked if we'd like to box up the sauce or even get a new one. Of course I said both please. Also like the Stromboli. It's packed with meat and cheese and doesn't have the typical 'too much bread' problem. The meats seem to be deli-style, but baked in that crust they taste great. Try dipping them in the red sauce for added flavor.

Pretty decent for a chain, they have really great salads & their house dressing is delish. Service is hit or miss at this locations as is cookery of pizza. We typically ask them to cook it 1 minute longer and mop the top (otherwise it comes out swimming in grease) I guess we'll have to ask for light or normal sauce because last night it came out super saucy!

This place is so hit or miss. I spent $17.00 plus tip on a pizza that never should have left the kitchen. Disgusting and disappointing!

Our waitress Tori was outstanding! She really was friendly and quick! My son took us here since we are visiting and ordered a couple appetizers- fried ravioli and I can't remember the name but they were fried risotto balls filled with cheese and I wish I had just ordered a second round of these. The menu is quite large. We had a different variety of pastas- my daughter got their grilled red snapper and it was amazing!!! My son got a simple clam in white wine sauce. My daughter's BF got a seafood pasta that had clams, mussels, crab and shrimp. So much seafood! All cooked perfectly. I had a simple pasta with marinara that was clearly slow cooked and made with love. The ambiance is delightful. The decor is modern and beautiful. Outside seating is available and they have a great drink / wine list. During the week they also have a great Happy Hour menu. The servings are enough for two people the share so I suggest getting two different entrees and splitting.

Now let's talk about the star of the night: the veal carbonara with the freshly made bread in house, hands down the best I've ever had. The veal was incredibly tender, the sauce silky and rich without being heavy, and the balance of flavors was spot‑on. It's the kind of dish that stops conversation for a moment because you just need to appreciate how good it is. Between the exceptional service and a carbonara that sets a new standard, this place has earned a permanent spot on my favorites list. Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic Italian cooking done at the highest level.

However, yesterday we were extremely intentional about wanting a sit down dining experience somewhere in Leonardtown that we haven't been. We happened up on Sweet Bay. My husband made mention that a coworker of his said the food was really good here (he's formally in the restaurant industry so we trusted his opinion). Upon arrival we asked for a table for two but nothing was available. We were offered bar seating-which we accepted. Now to know me is to know while I enjoy a good cocktail, for me, sitting at the bar is never my first choice. The seating at the bar can be a bit uncomfortable; especially for the experience that we come to have. And when it's a new place we're trying, we like to run the full gamut-appetizers, mains, cocktails, and sometimes even dessert. We were really looking forward to a full dining experience here, and that would mean sitting here for a while, but we wanted to try the food out so we still decided to dine in. We were greeted by the bartender..his name is Josh. He was attentive without being overly so, he made great recommendations and he was really personable and commanded that bar. He explained the specials and he really was in tune with patron's needs. We started off with two appetizers-the oysters cargot and the spicy shrimp and my husband got the cream of crab soup. While they were all great, for me, the soup could benefit from some seasoning; specifically salt and maybe chive and/or even a sprinkle of old bay atop. The soup was creamy and rich and the sweetness of the crab definitely came through, but one or all of those additions would have elevated the soup. The only other ask I would have is that same bread that's served with the soup, be served with those oysters. I snagged some of my husband's bread and dipped it in the sauce that houses the oysters and it was a perfect bite and accompaniment to that dish. For our mains, my husband chose the special which was short ribs and a couple sides that came with that and I chose the Faroe Island salmon that came with pineapple, salsa, and cilantro lime rice. Both of our meals were fantastic-tens across the boards...wouldn't change a thing. The food was flavorful, cooked to perfection and well proportioned. We were so thoroughly impressed with this meal and while we normally wouldn't opt for dessert, we did-well my husband heard key lime pie and that was all it took. I of course take a couple of bites and can say with confidence it was probably the best Keylime pie that I have ever had...and I'm not the Keylime pie lover in the relationship, my husband is-but it left me in awe, and he loved it as well. I liked it so much that I got one to go for my mom, another Keylime pie lover, because I knew she would just love it. Spoiler alert, she did! Besides the food we opted for water and I enjoyed the strawberry spark cocktail I think it was called and a Long Island iced tea-both of those were executed flawlessly as well. Josh is great at what he does. All of the staff was friendly. The environment was cozy and intimate, and was reminiscent of the five dining experiences we have in Georgetown, downtown Bethesda and the like. It was such a great space. I am so happy we came in and we cannot wait to do it again. I would even sit at the bar again to chop it up with Josh!
