Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly.
