I'd like to share a complaint about the scheduling experience I had. I booked an appointment one week in advance for two people at 12:15 PM.During the week, I was supposed to confirm that appointment for both people, and I was told they only had one appointment available. I explained that I was already confirmed for two appointments at 12:15 PM. They then asked whether we could come in on a Thursday instead. There is a reason I scheduled for Sunday and the person I spoke with confirmed and said we were booked for 12:45 PM. Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly. I will not return to this establishment, and I plan to share my experience on my social media platforms. Went for their advertised Facial for $59.00. While waiting for my appt there were staff members constantly shuffling around the front desk and talking about other appointments - it made me a bit uncomfortable. I was offered a water and was given a warm black cherry sparkling water - it was ok but would have been much better cold. My esthetician Elizabeth was wonderful. She was polite and explained each thing she was doing on me. She did a micro dermabrasion (I think - it was a machine that felt somewhat like a razor) which I have never had before. She took her time and we had pleasant conversation. After my facial was completed I was escorted to a back room and introduced to a man who I think was the owner (don't remember his name). I knew this was going to be a sales push & I told him I was not interested in booking any more services. Their "deal" was buy 6 facials for $200 each & get the 7th one free. No thanks. It is now 3 days later and I have slight burn marks on under both eyes at the outer edges. Nothing major but never experienced anything like this after a facial. Would I go back? Customer service specially, when they have promotions going on all the time and you go for a promotion, and then the owner tries to spew you this you know big long thing to buy more products, more packages, more treatments, and when you start explaining to him your situation or that you came just into for the promotion that's when he gets very nasty with you so I do not recommend this business at all so let me explain what happened yesterday. She was young. She was nice. we had a great conversation, but the fact that he was so rude and cut me off because I would not go further and pay more money beyond the promotion which I actually got the promotion or decided to make an appointment because someone else was telling me about this place and I wanted to see for myself and I just could not believe how rude he was. I've never come across anyone that rude before like he did not wanna hear it he thought I was actually marketing or promoting something to him which that is my degree in marketing business/management so I actually go to places and because I'm big on social media or because I do reviews on certain places I am told by other people to go to these facilities so I didn't even tell him any of that, but he did not want to hear any of it and was so rude so I just paid the promotion money and left, but I could not believe it how rude he was like. I still can't understand the fact that he is still open and has its business going when he is so rude if you want people to pay more than what the pro promotion is then don't promote anything even if you want to learn in new customers, don't promote just have what your prices are because if you're gonna be so rude to new clients that come in and I haven't heard how you talked before me to another client that had the promotion going on also so I should've already known but anyways that's my review.!!!! read more

What a great facial I just received! First of all, everyone is super sweet! Mary offered beverages before and after my facial. Vera was AMAZING and the queen of skin! My face came out of that facial so silky and hydrated! New contraptions for red light and cryotherapy was really cool, too! Mary recommended products without being crazy pushy! Jaz at the desk offered me a beverage and snacks while I waited. Then esthetician Julia reviewed my skin quality! The state of the art equipment and products from South Korea were epic! The place has chic vibe. But it's old. Tile floor chips. Dirty sofa. While I did enjoy the facial and the staffs are really nice, this is a switch and bait type of situation. I got a promotion discount for a facial. Easy to book appointment via phone. Upon arrival, a sale person would do skin analysis using a machine to point out all bad areas. You will start feeling like "omg what have I done to my skin, I looked so bad,etc." Then the sale person will show you their product that woukd magically make your skin better and look younger. Then come the facial, which was relaxing. Then they bring you back to the same room with the sale person shockingly how your skin looks so good compare to 20 minutes before. The sale person will then go over packages that really costly in between $1000 to $2000 range. And if you decline, they will do a sale promotion on those packages and really try to get you sign up because why wouldn't anyone want to look this good. I did really enjoy the facial but honestly i dont know see any much different just walking out of 1 time facial, like how the sale person described. I would have return if they didn't push for those packages. Really dont want to go back just to listen to sale pitch again. read more

I scheduled an appointment online a day in advance, only to be called the next morning by a receptionist who told me it needed to be moved. She rushed me off the phone, gave unclear answers, and even said she had to get to another customer, hardly the treatment you would expect when booking a service that is supposed to feel personal and relaxing. After rearranging my schedule to accommodate the new time, a manager later called to tell me that slot was also booked. The booking system is clearly not up to date, and the customer service I received felt dismissive and unprofessional. Social media may paint this place as polished, but my experience was far from it. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, somewhere that values your time and treats you with the courtesy and care this industry is supposed to provide. read more

I booked an appointment for a special they advertised for $59 for anti aging. After doing so I literally received a phone call and text message every single day twice a day leading up to my appointment day. This was definitely a huge turn off! 2nd they tried to change my appointment hour several times during their daily calls. Which I did twice due to them needing to change it. The day of my appointment I came in and the place looked nice for the first couple of minutes..They had two front receptionist employees up front but something was not right I can't pin-point it I just felt it. After checking in a man whom I'm assuming was an owner took me to the back asked a couple of questions regarding my profile. I literally waited 30 min I was never asked if I wanted water or if I needed to use restroom. After a half hour waiting in the back consolation room I had to walk out. The vibe declined really fast! I had no choice but to simply walk out! the same man followed me from behind and said he was sorry the aesthetician is running late. So I never got a facial but my whole experience was odd and something didn't feel right. So I was left disappointed and never even got my service. I don't recommend this place. read more

I came in on Wednesday around 2 PM and was booked with Cecilia, she did an amazing job! All the girls always provide wonderful service, and the facials are consistently great. However, something concerning was brought to my attention afterward. My daughter, who is also a licensed esthetician, was alarmed when I told her about some of the treatments and equipment used during my facial. She informed me that in the state of California, estheticians are not legally allowed to use lasers or cryotherapy devices without proper medical oversight or licensing. While the staff is incredibly sweet and skilled, I feel it's important to share this so others are aware, some of the treatments being performed here may be outside the legal scope of practice for estheticians in California. So thankful I found this place. I started off having a facial from Laura. Her ability to gently massage my face and use all the right products to make my face feel amazing and beautiful was so awesome. A couple weeks later I returned and had the micro-needling by Michelle. She is an RN. That is required for this type of skin treatment. First, she was so thorough and detailed in letting me know exactly what to expect. She was kind, patient, and so professional. And I bonded with her easily. Michelle is a very special person. Her technique was wonderful and she explained everything before doing it. I felt almost no discomfort and she could adjust the pressure of the needles to suit your pain tolerance. She used the Rejuran to repair any damaged cells and rejuvenate my collagen. There was no downtime and I was able to go out that night and my skin looked great. I wore sunscreen the next day. I will follow the instructions for the next few days and so looking forward to my next appointment. I found a gem of a place for all things to do with feeling wonderful and beautiful!
