I've been going to Facialworks since 2020 and I'm absolutely hooked on getting facials every two weeks! My esthetician, Samantha, is amazing--she really is the best. I share my skin concerns with her, and she always knows exactly what products to use to keep my skin looking great. Plus, her facial massages are incredible! I've tried several treatments with her, including the bar facial, derma-planing, chemical peels, and hydrafacials, and all of them have been fantastic. Beyond the services, Facialworks has top-quality skincare products--I actually use only their products at home now. Eye cream is my favorite, smells so good! One small thing I'd love to see improved is the empty refill station. I hope they either bring it back or replace that space with some extra seating. read more

I've come here TWO times. First time: My best friend gave me a $150 gift card as a graduation gift. Second time: I loved it so much that I came back for a birthday facial :) Why do I like it so much? Believe me when I say it's a reasonably priced facial; I've looked around. I had the pleasure of having the same facialist both times I visited, and she was excellent. I love that she took the time to give me tips based on what she saw the state of my skin. She gave me great advice that has really helped me out. The vibe is so chill. Cameron is the GOAT and no one can tell me otherwise. I love how she describes every product she is putting on your face, she's really nice and friendly, her massages are awesome, and she makes product recommendations without ever being pushy. I started using the Sea Milk Cleanser because of her. I also really appreciate that she can match your vibe - by which I mean, sometimes when you're getting a service someone will try to chat the whole time but I just like to relax, be in the moment, and enjoy the experience. Cameron will definitely ask about your skin, how you're doing, etc. but you can feel comfortable being quiet with her if that's what you want. I'm sure she would engage in conversation if that's your preference though, so again, I like that she can read the room. The champagne is actually really good (not dry) and I always have a positive, enjoyable time here. The atmosphere is really cute and it's in a perfect center for catching beach views, shopping, or grabbing food/drinks before or after your appointment. My favorite facial (WinterWorks) is seasonal, but I hope they keep it longer or make it a more regular option, because I am obsessed. 10/10 will come back and recommend to others. Always ask for a receipt (at least an email version) because sometimes the validation scanner doesn't work but if you can show proof of your service, the attendant will let you put of the garage. read more

I had booked a 40mins Facial and paid $30 extra for 2 add ons i.e. a total of $60 added to main facial charge. I was very surprised that the add ons were factored into the original 40mins earmarked for the main facial! The neck and scalp add ons were not given any added time - I was just charged extra for the same! very disappointing! read more

My first time coming in I made an appointment expecting just a normal facial, but upon arriving everything was perfect from beginning to end! The view is amazing, you're looking at the beach while drinking champagne and getting an amazing facial. All of the products Ashley uses on my skin never cause any bad reactions... my favorite add ons are the celluma led therapy, extractions, and Gua Sha facial massage! My favorite, go to person is Ashley, she is so amazing and I refuse to let anyone else take care of my skin now! She's so gentle with extractions and easy to get along with. Facials so good I almost fell asleep!! I've tried the bar hydraworks facial ($50) and the private room hydrafacial ($175). Both were very good, you can't go wrong nor be disappointed trying one over the other. I highly recommend trying whatever fits your budget. Hydrafacial, the machine does the majority of the work. The aesthetician provide passes using a machine that suctions and deliver serums. Hydraworks bar facial was more hands on with face and head massage, which I loved!!! The chairs reclined and are super comfy. Loved that they offer complimentary champagne! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable in facial products. What makes this place stands out from other facial places is that they provide O2 serums infusion as part of their facial. My skin is noticeably fuller and feels smoother. I saw this location as I was going next door to get a mani-pedi at the Pacific City mall on 2nd floor. Booking was super easy- the facials vary from a basic power Oxygen facial for $50 up to the works power facial or $250 which does everything. I'm quite familiar with the wonders of a hydrafacial and I opted for the hydrafacial $175 ..FYI ..a hydrafacial is normally about $250 their prices are good and the products are their own and very reasonably priced! I was so happy with the products that I bought undet eye treatments, the hydra sea mist (divine product) & the liquid moisture -to wear under moisturizer when my skin feels dry. The charcoal detox scrub was their gift to me :) Breanna did a fabulous job asking me about my skin care my desired results etc and then explaining all my options. She was sweet , professional and told me everything she was doing to my skin. I really enjoyed my facial and ended up getting a package (cause is is way cheaper). Now I see why I was able to schedule a same day appointment.. not worth it at all. Facial was the most basic I've ever had in my life. When my regular girl couldn't see me where I normally go I should've waited for her to see me and saved my money. The esthetician was nice but the facial (glow deluxe with oxygen and peptide add ons) was so subpar. From the products to the service, all around sub par. I've never not had extractions done on my face and I know any other professional would've gotten the ones I needed out today, but my rep said my 'skin was too dry'. I'm realizing she was just unskilled and didn't know what she was doing. I'm glad I didn't pay to go in the private room because I'm sure that's below average as well - plus it costs more than way more qualified services I've had in the past. My first facial ever!! I recently struggled with a major acne on both sides of my cheeks and some blackheads on my nose and the skincare routine I was doing wasn't helping too much. Buzzfeed had a video where people with acne had facials and their results were amazing so I decided to look into it and came across Facialworks! I'm so glad Facialworks did my first facial because the whole experience was amazing the second I walked in. I was greeted by a cute blonde in glasses and after checking in, I was offered a complimentary beverage and chose water where she went and brought it back in a nice glass cup, cute! I arrived early and Breanna, my esthetician, was not ready for me quite yet. When the time came around, Breanna came out to get me and from there that's when my facial experience began. She and I had a quick consultation on my skin and what products I use at home then she headed out so I can change into my robe. For my facial, I went for the O2Power Facial with Clearworks as my option due to my breakouts. The entire process was relaxing despite the extraction part and Breanna continuously informed me on what she was doing and what was going on my face. In the end, my face had a glow that I didn't know I had and bought two Clearworks products to use at home. Pacific City and HB is so lucky to have such a gorgeous Facial spa in its new shopping center. The place is clean, bright and relaxing. The views from the front door are unparalleled and walking in makes you feel like you are on vacation. The service is impeccable, like at all the other FacialWorks. I did not have an appointment and was able to have my service started within minutes of walking in. I received the HydraWorks Facial and my skins felt so plump and hydrated afterwards! I can't believe I haven't come here sooner!! My first time here with my sister and my mom. I made an appointment over the phone for all 3 of us to have our facials done together which was an easy process. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and offered water and champagne. This is an open concept for a facial so you are getting your facial done with others around you which I didn't mind! It was nice seeing my mom and my sister getting treated. All of the girls were so nice and tentative. My girl talked me through the entire process and explained what she was doing, the products and what their benefits were for my skin. $60 for a basic facial which I really thought was amazing for a "basic" facial. The girls are very attentive to detail and my skin felt and looked 10x better after. There are additional add ons you could get on top of the basic facial. All of us left super happy and we all ended purchasing their new client special, so I can't wait to be back! read more

My first visit was great. BUT the HB team was very un-accommodating on my revisit. Scheduled a 6 pm facial at 1 pm same day called at 5 pm to reschedule at because of work. I got a gift certificate for an extra bar facial and was able to get a same day appointment. My facial.. was actually pretty bad (but it's not really anyone's fault). On Monday, I had a severe reaction on my neck and all around my eyebrows from something that was used. Tuesday I had to get antibiotics and on Wednesday I sent an email with pictures to see about some sort of fix from the salon. The manager called and was very professional. Unfortunately the soonest I could come in was Saturday. Everyone was very nice and the same esthetician from Monday's visit spent time trying to cool the inflammation, bruising and discoloration. I was then sent home with some products to help throughout the weekend. Big thanks to Sabrina and Devon (I believe the manager's name). Very professionally handled and in all a very pleasant experience. I would totally come back for more treatments. It's hard to be upset at a situation like this because someone is bound to have some sort of reaction to products. You never know!
