It is easy to access and Rabinovitz always inputs his notes within an hour after the appointment. Then he should have went to the doctor he works under and had it signed. This cost me money delaying Codys remains to get released. I was informed by the funeral home if he doesn't sign it the state would put points on his license or possibly loose his license. This is just the tip of the iceberg with Joao Rodrigues APRN and he is lucky I don't sue because of how he dealt with my son's medication. After researching I found out that Joao Rodrigues APRN got his license from a quick school and that my son should have never seen him.
