We told her a few of our major preferences, and she made all the big decisions for us, which was exactly what we wanted. From flights, to transportation to and from the airport, to arranging any add-ons we desired, Joy did it ALL. She specializes in Sandals resorts, which means she has an extra special "in" with them to ensure her clients get tip-top treatment while they're there, but she can arrange any trip to anywhere, not just Sandals. When we arrived to Sandals in Negril, Jamaica, it was obvious that Joy had taken extra measures to ensure we were well taken care of during our stay. And, by well taken care of, I mean treated like absolute royalty. We requested a certain room, which is something you can do, but they make no promises or guarantees, and we were placed in the exact room we requested (per Joy's assistance.) She even treated us to the perk of Club Mobay in the Montego Bay airport, which in my opinion, is the only way to do it - lounges, continental breakfast, full bar, clean restrooms, etc. It was a total surprise to us, and who knows how much it cost her, but was totally the cherry on top of an unforgettable trip. One thing's for sure, we won't plan another important trip without Joy's help, although this one will be hard to top!

While they only have fuel for small planes, you can also land your chopper there in the middle of the night as they have runway lights. I don't know the fees but I was told it's quite cheap. You pay a lot more in San Antonio. And I know that for a fact. So this is a nice place.
