As a Wedding Planner, you hope to never have to deal with a broken down vehicle on the day of the wedding but things can and will happen. What makes an excellent company like Uptown Valet stand out is knowing you can trust how they handle it. Not only were they offering a temporary solution by sending a replacement vehicle out before even calling to let me know what was going on, they were on the phone coordinating with me to make sure the needs of the bride and her family and friends were taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the hotel to find not only the vehicle we thought was broken down had arrived, but an additional vehicle was there as well. The team of drivers were professional and prompt throughout the day and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Previous to that, I had a bride whose venue had hired a no name valet service.
