Their contacts and knowledge are fantastic, Denise just rocks! But where they have really shined is when things don't work out as expected. A trip to Spain was interrupted by COVID, they handled everything: cancellations, travel insurance and ensured that we were completely refunded. But the best was just last week, when a Caribbean cruise was interrupted by injury. They dealt with the cruise line and, most importantly, found us a place to spend the night as we were sitting in the hospital lobby. Saved the Day is an understatement!!!

We are getting tax money back that we didn't plan on and the stars all aligned for hubby and I to finally get to Italy ( this was prior to the Coronavirus hitting Italy) I got on the phone with Lori (or maybe is was Lisa) I told her my husband had 1 week vacation time so we wanted to leave on a Friday and come home 10 days later on a Sunday so we utilized 2 full weekends. I told her places I really wanted to see and said I was flexible on dates as well as itinerary. She asked my name, address, phone number, email, budget etc. and spend about 15 minutes on the phone with me. The. She tells me - get this - "In order for me to put something together for you we charge $150 per person ($300 for myself and husband) I was upset over this for several reasons. 1st: this should have been told up front, not after getting all of my personal information. 2nd : I know my friends did not pay any fees. Then to top it off I have inboxed several of the other Yelpers who left 5 star reviews and guess what? Not a single person had to pay any fees upfront. I asked to speak with manager and she said they do Charge a fee to plan a trip! My friends who suggested this place was appalled when I told them what happened! They did go about 5 years ago and their agent they dealt with was no longer there but what a way to turn off clients.

I was simply amazed at how well-organized each event was. So many people to deal with and so much to organize, and they did it well and did it with a smile. My biggest complaint (and it's not a big one) was that the last event had a slightly long check in line-- but nothing too serious and the fact that they had hor d'ouvres and champagne being passed definitely eased any minor 20 minute inconvenience! I also had good experience booking (online), prices were as agreed during set up, no surprises, etc. Overall 5 stars and I won't hesitate to travel with them again. BTW, I'm writing this after watching the Fyre Festival Netflix documentary--it is crazy! The events Cloud 9 does are different (no models, haha ;), but if I had seen it before going on these trips I'd be super worried. Figured others might appreciate the re-assurance about Cloud 9. They are legit. I think back on these trips as some of my favorite adventures & am thankful to Cloud 9 for putting them on!

Finding a Limo or Party Bus can be a bit of a pain. Some make promises & under-deliver. Luckily,…read morefor me, this was not the case. I was looking for a party bus to celebrate a Bachelor Party. I ended up booking a large bus with capacity for 20-30 people comfortably. We set the location, put down the deposit & all was good. We were given the contact info for our driver Jose. The bus was on time, clean, & exactly as pictured in the online photos which was a breath of fresh air in this often shady industry. Jose took us to Tootsies, gave us all comp passes & waited out front until we were ready to head out to Scarlettes. He took us to the next spot & hung out while we partied. When it was time to go he was right there ready to take us back. At the drop off, I accidentally left my phone on the bus. By the time I realized, I logged into Find My iPhone & it was on its way north. We called Jose, the driver, & told him what happened. He took my phone to the office where they held onto it until I could drive up the next day. Eddie, stayed 30 after closing so that I could get there since it was just over an hour drive to their office. I'd gladly use their services again.

The afternoon was was a bit cloudy & rain was in the forecast. Mike, the driver, showed up early, to allow us time to take photos before the rain. He even gave suggestions for best photo ops! The drive was smooth & he showed up quickly every time we were heading to our next location. We had 15 ppl in the pink escalade limo & although we had a wonderful time, it did seem a bit warm in the limo. An email was sent to us giving us a heads up, so it was not a surprise, but be sure to dress appropriately and keep this in mind. Thanks A Class Limo for an unforgetable experience!
