Unfortunately, they don't allow that here. BUMMER! I understand their reasoning- in the past, frames have been broken and couldn't be replaced by the company and yatta yatta yatta, they don't allow that anymore. (This is the reason for the 4/5 stars). They do have offers for 2 pairs of glasses for super cheap but those are with the cheap plastic lenses. And the deal only applies if you get the 2 frames. You can't just get one pair for 1/2 the cost. Staff were friendly. There were 3 ladies there when I came in. I decided that I would just keep my glasses, as is, for now and if I decide to get some new ones in the future, I'll be back.

She told me something was going on with my right eye and referred me to Dr Brown (but I could be wrong on the name). My 2nd exam last year, 2025, was with the white-haired older gentleman, Mr Phillips, (maybe). When he performed the 5-minute exam, I thought he rushed through it. He never mentioned what the female optician noted in my chart from the previous year. He never said ANYTHING was wrong with my right eye, but I knew there was. Now my right eye is watering a lot and fuzzy. Now had Dr Phillips mentioned something was wrong. I would have sought further help, but when he didn't, I thought I was overthinking the first visit. Just the other day I received an automated "It's time for your yearly exam notification" from their office. Yep, not going back. A firm NO.
