I saw PA Matt Walk - he was wonderful! Very nice, professional, thorough, and patiently explained everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - from checkin, X-ray, through checkout. Lexie and another of the medical assistants were also great! My cast was very thick and difficult to cut off. And although I hope to never see them again - I highly recommend!

He takes the time to listen carefully, never makes you feel rushed, and explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. His bedside manner is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His nurse is absolutely wonderful as well. She has an amazing bedside manner, is kind, precise, efficient, and very professional. She helps make the entire visit smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The check-in staff is also awesome--friendly, organized, and welcoming. It is clear this office values professionalism and patient care at every level.
