When you make mistakes on the basics like "getting a birth date right" or exclude important notes like "the insurance I am recommending is only available through one of two major pharmacies and its not the one you use" thats simply sloppy. When you respond with no empathy that you made an error and it might have caused anxiety and additional time and effort for your client....thats arrogance. It might be a low margin activity to enroll people in health insurance, but getting health insurance right is important. Note sure if this crosses over to other categories this guy reps but would not be surprised.

Progressive was giving me a hard time because my renewal date didn't line up with my payday, and my policy ended up getting canceled. I was super stressed, but then I called and spoke with Tiffanie--and she literally performed a miracle!!! Instead of trying to revive my old policy, she figured out it would be cheaper to start a brand new one--and she ended up lowering my payment by over $130! I am ecstatic!!! I have found Lindsey George at this insurance brokerage agency not willing to take accountability…read morefor problems with policies from the primary insurance company and just a general lack of urgency to issues. After all, this is an insurance broker, not an insurance agency. To make a long story short we just recently moved from out of state and needed policy's on our 2 fairly new cars. After being sent an insurance binder for the cars I received a letter from Allstate that they were cancelling the policy because of missing information, which i provided Lindsey earlier in the day, before she sent me the Insurance Binder (document verifying insurance). I called Lindsey and explained the problem and she indicated this was Allstates Fault. She indicated this has happened before. I told Lindsey this was very inconvenient as the letter indicated they contacted the finance company for the truck that wasn't paid for and notified them the truck would not be insured after a certain date. More calls I'm going to have to make. Lindsey still didn't seem concerned and kept blaming Allstate. I reminded her if she wrote a policy for Allstate, she represented them and she needed to take some kind of accountability and get this rectified ASAP. Lindsey indicated she would rewrite the application for insurance and send it to me by COB. I didn't hear from Lindsey that afternoon. No voice mail, txt, email so today I went directly to an Allstate Agency to rewrite a policy application and transfer our home policy directly to an Allstate Agency. Funny how things happen. We actually saved $125.00 and added some additional coverage. Note to Self.... Don't use broker's anymore.
