Shilling Septic is a Godsend! I was selling my house, had an home inspector standing in my yard…read moretelling me I had a failing septic. I didn't want to lose my buyers. My neighbor recommended I contact Shilling Septic. They were out the next day to access my septic system. The next day(Friday), Shilling Septic had the Health Department out to verify if a new system was needed. Monday, AA Co and Shilling Septic were digging up my back yard for a perc test. A little more than two weeks later, I received approval for the grant for the tank AND Shilling had gotten the green light to install from AA Co.. Two days later, they were digging up my yard again. Shilling jumped through hoops to ensure my then septic system did not go from failing to failed. They expedited the process with Anne Arundel County and referred me to the Bay Restoration Fund Grant (which pays for the tank installation). Again, submitted and approved in just a few weeks. Mandy answered all my phone calls. Ray, Fred or Ritchie answered all my questions. Today, you can barely notice anyone had been digging up the yard a month ago. I love Shilling Septic! Throughout the interview, Bob Lang displayed rude, racist, and discriminatory behavior. Bob Lang asked invasive questions regarding my age, personal finances, education, and family history, which were completely unrelated to the job position. Bob Lang also used intimidation tactics involving pictures of weapons such as AR-15's at the place I was to be seated to facilitate the interview. His demeanor was sarcastic and berating, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and inappropriate. It was evident to me that Bob Lang's behavior was motivated by prejudice, as he seemed particularly hostile towards me due to my age and the color of my skin. Additionally, Bob Lang failed to provide adequate details about the day-to-day duties of the position, dismissing my inquiries and insisting that I would only find out on my first day if I were to be hired. After such a distressing encounter, I left the interview feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and uncertain about the company culture. Consequently, I have decided to decline any opportunity to work at Bobby's Pottys. I cannot in good conscience support a business that condones such unethical and discriminatory practices in its hiring process. Bob Lang had a few seconds on CBS news and expects you to kiss as* in order to get a job cleaning up poo. Bob Lang's ego is very big for someone so weak minded. The technician was Jack. He was very professional. He entered my residence, wore a protective gator to cover has nose and mouth as I'm high risk.
