My neighbor recommended I contact Shilling Septic. They were out the next day to access my septic system. The next day(Friday), Shilling Septic had the Health Department out to verify if a new system was needed. Monday, AA Co and Shilling Septic were digging up my back yard for a perc test. A little more than two weeks later, I received approval for the grant for the tank AND Shilling had gotten the green light to install from AA Co.. Two days later, they were digging up my yard again. Shilling jumped through hoops to ensure my then septic system did not go from failing to failed. They expedited the process with Anne Arundel County and referred me to the Bay Restoration Fund Grant (which pays for the tank installation). Again, submitted and approved in just a few weeks.
