Indeed, Dr. Briseno spends a lot of time with his patients, however, much of that time is spent on him typing and talking into his little recorder, or taking a call from "his neighbor", or discussing his military service. Had he given our concerns a minute of attention, he might have discovered that my husband was indeed very ill. The fact that many reviewers comment on Dr. B's military service and the amount of time he spends with patients explains why he didn't have time when it was my husband's turn to see him.

He personally calls you on the phone if labs or tests come back with something he needs to discuss immediately instead of having a nurse call you to setup up another appointment. He never rushes you even though he is extremely busy. Sometimes your wait time is a little longer but he is well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr Charles Briseno.

I tried to research and make sure there wasn't a typo on her records because I believe she was up to date. The nurses and pediatricians didn't seem to know or do enough research so they suggested to give her the vaccine anyways. Well right before they gave it to her they asked me a bunch of questions about her birth, which I have never been asked these questions before because I'm not her biological mother, but I have raised her since she was 2 years old when I married her father. Her biological mother has never been in her life since she was 6 months old. It was very uncomfortable for my daughter and myself. Because I told them I wasn't her biological mother,they said we can't give her the vaccine. I've never been told this in 11 years of raising her and her 15 year old sister. I was very upset! I called my husband to tell him and he was very upset as well. I put him on speaker to talk to the dr and she basically yelled at him instead of being understanding of our frustration.
