Never received a return call. after trying to reach the office numerous times a Medical Assistant answered and stated that her daughter worked there as a receptionist and did not like to answer the phones,called out and would leave the office often. While speaking with the "Medical Assistant " she stated that she would gladly remove my as a patient from her practice. Not surprised that her office has permanently closed. If i could rate a "0" stars I would.
