Great place. My daughter wanted her nails and toes painted. Just regular gel on top of her nails with a flower smiley face design. They were very attentive and kind. We waited 20 minutes because they were busy which was sort of expected. They did make sure that as soon as we were able to be seen they gave us their full undivided attention. They had a great selection of colors of the gel polish, and they also had children massage chairs to make them happy. read more

Absolutely horrible experience, led to me writing my first ever negative review. They charged over double what they told me at the beginning and were not honest about the service. I asked multiple times for no acrylic to be used and the stylist used acrylic anyways. She was rude and kept trying to tell me that the design she was freestyling was "better" and completely dismissed my inspo picture. She didn't even use the color of red that I asked for. It's only been a couple of days and one of the charms already popped off completely. I felt rushed out of the chair the whole time and no one would answer a single question I asked. They do not ask before doing things that will up the cost significantly. This is my go to place for my services like nails, pedicures and brows. But I went last week and to get my regular fill-in and I didn't get the best service. I am a loyal customer. My gel nails are already peeling, the nails aren't even, there are several bubbles in my nails and just not good work from them. I got my nails done by the older gentleman, he was clearly having a bad day because he was bickering back and forth with the girl previous to me about what she asked for and didn't get. Anyways. The full set that I received badly done done poor quality, the tech left my under nails dirty. The nail were poorly made flat did not give the nail apex a good shape, the tech did not know how to do designs as per the norm. He did not know how to do hombre, then told me that what they use is gel polish in the acrylic. This is the 2nd time I have bad experience at this place. 1st when I recently Hs move here. I took my daughters and I to have our nails done and when I PAY to have flower in on of their toes the nail tech told her no that glider would be just fine. 2nd time was last week I went to have powers done and as you can see is only been a weeks and is already coming off. I have been here a couple times, but my last visit was yesterday. At first it started out nice, and my nail specialist did a fantastic job on my pedi before doing my French gel. However I was in the store by myself. Soon customers began to come in and my number 1 complaint was the lack not informing the required mask policy, especially a salon embedded in the mall by the food court. A group Of 4 walked in, one drinking a drink...okay. Soon all had their mask down and two were sitting directly behind me and dropped their mask while the other one girl talked from across the room with no mask on. She proceeded to walk back and forth, no mask. The fourth girl who had been drinking sat next to another customer (older lady) as she sat in the pedicure chair while she waited with no mask on. (however I think she was a special need adult). I waited to see if the main hostess would tell them to put up their mask but no employee did as main hostess prepared to do the woman's nail (who had been talking across the room). So I said something to the 3 of them, stating "you need to be wearing your mask". 4th person who I think was special needs was too far. The two behind me quickly corrected themselves to my surprise and I thanked them. However 3rd girl who is standing in front of hostess gave me a dirty look a then purposely proceeded to do what she was doing, which was talking to the 2 behind me from across the room with no mask. Then I told my specialist, YOU all are required to enforce the mask policy. She nodded and murmured but never made any intentions of getting involved or correcting any of the employees. My understanding is this is the way their handling business. The workers are fully masked, even doubled mask, but their not protecting the customer. They do not want confrontation, so they ignore it. In fact another customer came in during the process and her mask was on her chin as she proceeded to ask her question before she left. This business poses a threat of health and needs to be re-evaluated for failure to enforce mask policy. I'm not a mask Nazi but this is too high trafficked of a location to allow purposeful neglect like this. read more

My sister got nails for my wedding. Her nails turned out so thick and not filed down at all. A man with glasses did them and rushed her out as quickly as possible. She was better off getting press-ons. Also, the whole time during me and my mother's pedicure both techs refused to talk or make any sort of conversation with us. I gave this "nail spa" (it doesn't deserve the title) 3 tries. The first time I tried it, I went in for acrylic nails. I walked in and told them I wanted a simple french manicure. NO designs. Just the french. The woman started off massacring my nails down to stubs and then made the cuticles bleed. She completed the acrylic set without another word to me. The only time she spoke to me and not the other employee next to her was to berate me for not wanting any airbrushing or designs! The following day my fingers were sore and hot! I thought maybe the nail bed was bruised from the rough handling the woman had done but then I noticed puss coming from the nail beds! I removed the nails on my own to find that she had butchered my fingers to the point that I had an infection from the horrible mani! The second time I went in with a friend of mine. She opted for a pedi and I just wanted a mani. The employee began my friends pedi by yelling at her son who was with us, telling him to settle down! He was in the stroller playing with a toy! Mine started on a sour note as well, when I produced my nail polish she began by saying she liked the color and took the sticker off the bottom of my polish that said what the color was called and stuck it to her desk saying she wanted to buy it... well what if I wanted to replace the bottle when I ran out! Hello!?! She said not a word to me, even when I was polite and asked how her day was, painted my nails and charged me not just for the painting but then she tried to sneak in a charge for airbrushing! Came here regularly for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Went today and the lady doing my eyebrows, waxed off part of my left eyebrow. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging what she did, she sat there and argued with us. She literally started to blame us and waving her hand in our faces. Before leaving she said "I don't care, keep your $10, it won't make me rich". Mind you we had done a pedicure and multiple waxings in this one visit. Terrible. Really awful. First, I requested a basic manicure. I needed my cuticles cleaned up and a slight file. Nothing fancy. I wash my hands a lot and needed oil treatments and so on. I usually go to Sassy Nails and they do a pretty good job for a standard manicure with pretty good attention to detail. While trimming my cuticles, he managed to cause me to bleed on two fingers. He did such a terrible job that when i showed my friend that went with me and then went home to show my husband, neither could tell anything was done. He wasn't going to filed my nails at all. They are short, but still need to be evened out. Asked me how i wanted them shaped and i said to not shape them. He shaped them. Then he was about to paint nail polish (not the gel like i originally wanted) without even cleaning up the debris from filing my nails. I had to ask him to. He continued to dig under my nails so bad that he actually stabbed my nail bed. I pulled my hand away in time, but there is an obvious divit and it's still pretty red and sore. So the nail polish never dried. At this point im so pissed, i had left the shop and gone back to get the polish removed. Not only did they place me back with the same guy which made it incredibly awkward, but i actually had to tell him to remove it all because he was half-assing it AGAIN and didn't even remove all of it. He offered to repaint and i said i was done and walked out. No one even offered a refund, not another session, or discount. Nothing. Just a repaint with the same junk with the same guy. I've had better experiences in terms of ambiance and environment but overall, they did a good job on my nails as well as two other people that were with me. As far as our actual nails getting done, they did a good job, cut cuticles, the polish was applied well and attention was paid to detail. But the overall customer service was not very good. One of the technicians was very short, rude and fast, and had absolutely no personal skills. My technician was very good and took her time but the experience was soured by the other technician who seemed to be in charge, and as mentioned, very much in a hurry. I also didn't like that they didn't have any mani-pedi combinations so you have to pay for the manicure and pedicure separately. And when you ask for a pedicure, there are different levels presented on a menu. Each package offers the same thing as the one before with one or two things added. But the things that are added are basic services that usually come with a pedicure at any other location, so I didn't appreciate having to "up" my price point to get, what I know, as a standard pedicure. We chose the second level pedicure and basic manicure and paid $43, not including tip. That is almost $10 more than I would usually pay for the exact same thing. My family is new to Fayetteville so we tried this place out for the first time because we couldn't find any other salon. I'd go back if we can't find a better place to go to as long as I only get the technician that I actually liked. Otherwise, I'd only go if I was in a pinch. read more

She did cut open my finger slightly, on accident but took $10 off for that. She respected my wishes for her to sanitize the equipment in front of me. It was bleeding as if he missed my cuticle completely! This manicurist actually cut into the skin of my finger and do you know what he said next. I've walked past this place on many occasions and my sister and I decided to get a pedicure. I suggest getting an experienced woman or man not an amateur. Tips are not accepted with debt cards unlike most places causing an inconvenience but if you had experience it doesn't matter. My specialist really didn't like his job and it showed through his work. The front desk lady was very nice but once I was getting my nails done I had a chance to look around and it is completely disgusting. They don't sanitize their utensils, I felt gross touching the table. There was no organization and was trying to figure out how in the world they are up and running, or if they even get repeats. I got a French tip shellac manicure and the lady didn't remove all of the nail polish that was on before so it's still noticeable, the filing job is uneven, and the work is sloppy.
