My niece went in to get gel nails and the technician was extremely rude and did not listen to what she wanted. She was aggressive with the filing making the entire experience uncomfortable and painful. The quality was very poor, not worth the $45 that was charged. She left the nails with color on the fingers and had torn up the skin surrounding the nails. My niece honestly would've had a better result doing them herself at home. AND it would've been cheaper. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Went with my sisters to get pedicures together. We had six appointments. The first 4 of us started and had two males and two females working in our toenails. I somehow got to be the unlucky one! The guy I had wore a mask and I am pretty sure was the owner. He legit spent as little time taking care of me as possible. Rushed through everything!! He didn't care that he finished way before my other sisters pedicures. He was ready to move onto his next client. My sisters went on to getting their cuticles cut and gel nail polished smoothed around the paint. My looked horrible, with spots covering the cuticle and looking uneven. I was upset it was $45 for something my 11 year old daughter who likes to do gel nails could have done. I will never be returning to Lee nails again! He was so rude and didn't care!! read more

I have been here multiple times and enjoyed their service. Mainly I get pedicures. They have lots of colors!And they have a new spot with new chairs it's beautiful. An awesome upgrade from where they were located. Looking forward to my next pedi. read more

They have many color options and were helpful when I couldn't come to a decision with my color! I will definitely be coming back! read more

I got a pedicure, and while they look good, the pedicure service was fairly basic. No massage, scrub, hot stones or options for additional services. My biggest pet peeve is that they only take cash! They have no signs that say this. I had to use an atm outside the business which charges you an atm fee. This is 2021 people. Basic service (normal polish btw not even gel!) not worth $30 and and then get charged a fee to pay them cash. Won't be going back read more

no matter what you ask for it ends up pretty good, my only complaint is the people that work there act like they hate it and they just wanna get out of that place kinda. i guess i get it because it's summer and all but it just gets a little annoying, that's not stopping me from going though. read more

Only nail place in vernal so not like you have much of a choice but to go here. First off no one at this salon wears gloves and not once did I see one tech get up to wash there hands. I don't know how well sanitized any of there equipment is for they weren't opened in front of me. This is a busy loud salon, most of the techs were very nice and quiet. I was very pleased with my pedicure and fill though there work seems to be decent, my callouses were very well taken care of as well as my ingrown toe nails. Although I did go very simple with white French tip. I was very disappointed at the fact when I made this appt I specifically told them I needed a nail dip with sns powder and when arriving was told they do not offer it. They do not accept credit card so I had to walk to smiths to get cash. And had to wait a long period of time until someone came up to take my money at the desk. Overall it's a fairly decent salon. read more

My nails turned out really pretty, nothing to complain about as far as the services I got. Went in for a full-set of acrylics and was out within 45 minutes. My only concern is that they have such a large volume of people constantly coming in and going, that I worry about the sanitation between clients. read more

This place is a joke. Was wanting to have a granddaughter date. Show up. They are busy and I make an appointment for us. Show to appointment and the chairs are all but full. Want to sit by my granddaughter but there are no chairs by her!!! Not impressed with the organization around here. Btw this is the second time this has happened to me here. read more

I usually do my own gel nails, due to work hours that make it impossible to get them done professionally. I'm honestly not very good at it and over the course of several months of doing them myself, I've done some damage that required repair so I can grow them back healthy. I was traveling home from vacation, through Vernal, on Black Friday at 11:00 am and knew if I didn't get them done today, who knows when I'd have time again? Knowing it was a long shot, I called about an hour ahead. I was surprised they could get me in at all and even more surprised when they got me in as soon as I got there, they were quick, gentle and did an amazing job! Not thick at all, strong and well shaped. I'm very pleased. The damage near the cuticle on my index finger in the picture was self-inflicted whilst sanding off my home-done gel job in the car on the way there. I wish I didn't live 4+ hours away. I'd definitely be a regular client. My only complaint is the $20 price increase for clear acrylic tips versus white. This price increase isn't posted on their board and I wasn't told until they already had half of them on. read more

Very nice clean place. I did need an appointment tho as I tried to do a walk-in on A Friday and they were booked. Had just a regular pedi for myself and fiance. $25 each. Loved the atmosphere, very soothing and quiet. They took their time and did a great job on those ingrown nails (sorry, we hadn't gotten our pedi done for a month) and callous for no extra charge. read more

Didn't enjoy this place at all, first I made a call to set up an appointment 3 days before the day I wanted to get my nails done, I did this so I wouldn't have to wait since I'm always short in time, I made my appointment at 4pm 3 days before the day, I arrived 10 minutes early and was ask to be seated and wait, which was fine because I understood I had gotten there early it was until the clock hit 4:30pm where I got upset, I made an appointment and I still had to wait 30 minutes?! What's the point of an appointment then? As I got up to just walk out they finally told me they could do my nails, they said 40$ and up for a full set, I had to pay 20$ extra I don't even know why! My nails were super simple all I asked was for a full set and one solid color, my nails were short too so why did I pay 60$?! Never again coming here, I made an appointment still had to wait and then over paid for something so simple. I have gotten the same nails fones in other places for a better price and quality. read more

I thought the staff was RUDE. Apparently we arrived for our appointment at 5:30 and that was right before closing, I was rushed through, I was cut and got the worst set of white tip nails I have ever had. I didnt notice the cut until the tech put super glue on it and it started to BURN and throb. When I looked at my finger and was going to say something I was quickly ushered off the wash my hands, the tech didnt even finish my nails! When I mentioned I was cut I got "Sorry-It happens". I quickly went home and had to pick off super glue to disinfect the cut... A waste of money and time and now I have a throbbing finger to boot read more

This is the WORST manicure I have ever had. I would have complained to the owner, but I think it was the owner who did my nails. She spent maybe 8 minutes on my nails, which looked horrible when I came in, and looked the same when she was finished. I refused to leave before she fixed them right. Also, there is one itsy bitsy sign in the whole place that tells you CASH ONLY. However, during my 8 minute manicure, a regular customer wrote a check and that was okay. I, however, was required to leave my DL and hit an ATM down the street. I would give this less than 1 star if possible. read more
