Then the checked bounced of course. I filed reports with the Police, UPS and my bank, as well as contacted Dal-Tile to help investigate. Despite the obvious paper trail this scammer left, Dal-Tile accused me of the scamming them. I feel victimized twice from them. Never do business with this company. They won't even investigate if their UPS account was hacked by someone, which leads me to believe that they are aware of it and protecting the person. They are thieves. I'm so angry still. Wish someone would help me. So I'm out $1750 and learned a few lessons but hope someone else is not impacted by them as well. What can I do?. If I could give negative stars I would. She was incredibly patient and gave constructive and insightful feedback, when asked...this option is more gray than others you've been looking at, this pattern is busier compared to that one, this one has blue undertones, and other more objectives observations than subjective opinions. We were able to discuss important attributes about durability, rarity, and origin of each kind of stone. She was the perfect combination of accommodating and quiet when we needed to discuss as a family and thoughtfully conversational when we engaged with her. I look forward to finishing our kitchen and getting the opportunity to work on our bathroom next! Outside of these hours, I was available anytime and we had agreed to some in the evening, 5 pm. (Strike one) Saul then texts me at 1:35 pm and requested if he could come by and take the measurements. I let him know I was literally walking out the door but he insisted it would only take a few minutes and he was down the road from the house. I agreed and he came by the house and took measurements and of course I was late to my appointment. He then asked when would be the best time to meet at the show room so we can go over everything. Again, we agreed to 1130 am on Saturday June 15 to meet at 10574 King William Drive, Dallas TX which is about 1 hour 15 minute drive for my wife and I. (Strike two) As we were on our way to the showroom, I text Saul at about 11 am to let him know we were on our way and then we received a text back from him saying he was at a funeral and couldn't make it but to ask for Julio and he would take care of us. (Strike three) Once we arrived, we walk up the stairs and entered the office. No one was at the reception desk and another guy had to come out of his office to greet us. He had no idea who we were and was not expecting us. Once I told him everything that was going on, He told me Julio was not available, which at this point, I don't even know if he even worked here but someone else could help us. This is when Saul text me again and told me to talk to Azareth and they would take care of us. At this point, it was a little too late and we decided to walk out and not listen to what they offered. When it comes to my time and my money, I expect contactors to be on time and organized, all of which was not done with Saul or KIVE Stone.

They give you all of the information necessary to make an informed decision to ensure you will be happy with your decision.
