Went here for the first time to do acrylic nails and was not too pleased with the outcome. First, it says on the price board that acrylic nails are $22 and then he charges me $27 because for the coffin it's extra. He did not tell me this before and went ahead to shape my nail. I also noticed when he placed the acrylic nail on my index finger, it was crooked and I asked for it to fixed to be placed straight and he denied my request. I also noticed on my left ring finger and thumb that he painted my cuticle. I could've done a better job. Also, the whole time he was watching sports on his phone. I do not recommend going here. Ive been going here for years!!!! The owner himself did my nails for the 1st time a new set and removed my gel. He didn't remove gel well. So i thought he would fix them. Yea right !! He cut me deep inside my nail limes in all my nails. He slammed his hands on the table when I complained and he sent me to do lashes to cool off. My pedicure was done fast and without cleaning around my toes AND the polish!! When I went to pay he said you complain today to much don't come back!! He grabbed my card and charged it without me agreeing. Horrible!!! Horrible. I kept it well relaxed and said no worries have a blessed day. read more

I was just there, I told guy I wanted pedicure but instead he decides to give me a spa pedicure without my consent, that's first? 2nd I asked for dip and the colors for dip and pedicure did not match at all, whatever but what got me so pissed was I told the guy to charge my card only $50 and the $20 I would pay cash, mind you my total bill was $70, which by the way they don't even tell you what they charge unless you ask. So the guy takes my card and charges $58.76, the receipt said I owed $19.24, that means he attempted to charge even more than what I had told him, so I said fine I'll just pay you $20 in cash, with more than enough for tip, the Chinese lady, who is owner started to argue that I owed $39 , I said lady look I'm calling my card so you can hear how much was charged to card, and when I did I Put it on speaker so she could hear and she totally disregarded the call and insisted I owed more, we went back and forth, how embarrassing cuz I would never leave a place owing money her Chinese jumped in cuz apparently he did understand and I was giving him the $20 in cash and she smacked his arm yelling frantically, I was so embarrassed but I left making sure everyone there understood you can't own a business and not be able to communicate with your customers, at least learn the basics, horrible experience at Lee nails spa, don't go there, aside the fact there services are expensive and they do whatever the hell they want to do, I actually overpaid them and she didn't get it!! read more

After the 2nd time of making an appointment and then arriving and my nail tech is not there without calling or texting me that's not cool! I live far so if the tech can call or text me about anything else why not call or text me that you have to cancel my appointment?! It's unprofessional and rude! I don't like to waste my time being I'm always working or dealing with the kids with their activities. The whole purpose of making appointments is to make sure you can get whatever service done. The professional thing to do is inform your client you're unavailable after an appointment is made. So sad. WORSE experience i have ever had in my life!! I would never ever go there again. The old Chinese guy started to refill my nails horribly!!! Left many side onrefilled. All my nails were oneven!!! I would not go there again. The young man that did my nails was very rude. I felt so uncomfortable with him. He was mad at something and was taking it out on me. I was nervous and wanted to get out of there ASAP. The owner didn't seem to care either. If you go there the girls are nice And they admit that these people are rude to customers. Unfortunately I had to give it a 1 star instead of none. Horrible work. Decided to give them another try and paid $55 for a gel mani with pedi and they look horrible AGAIN. My 4 year old could have done a much better jobs painting my nails. Such a shame because it's so close to home. It is also very unsanitary. I've been going here for a while and they progressively get WORSE. Owner just works to make money, not serve you. The last time I went in was stop get acrylic removal, and instead of proper removal, they TOOK AN ACRYLIC NAIL AND POPPED THEM OFF. Went and got a refill on Sunday and by Monday morning the nail popped off. Went to get it fixed right afterwards and they were closed( even though there's a sign on the door that says they are open on Mondays) So I went back Tuesday morning waited 10 minutes after 10am(and they were late to their own business) I eventually got the nail fixed and they charged me $5.00 to fix a nail that popped off less than 24hours of getting them done. I stumbled upon Lee because I was leaving for a road trip and, in true Mom fashion, had left my mani for the last minute. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen for a regular mani/pedi and was paired with a really sweet tech, Natalie. I'd broken my nail in a baby stroller a few months ago just before I had to walk a wedding so I'd had acrylics on my hands for a month or so and to say my nails were destroyed was putting it nicely. I explained to Natalie that I was only getting a regular mani because I felt my nails were too short and gel nails wouldn't last. She (very nicely, I have to say...sometimes manicurists can try and push a product on you) suggested I do gel to try and get the nails to grow. I'm happy to report that more than a week later my gels are still holding strong! The gel mani/pedi only cost $47! Honestly it was a great, fast experience and I found the tools to be well cleaned and hygienic. I deducted 1 star because I didn't know you couldn't add tip if you paid with card and had to leave without tipping. I'll definitely be back this week and give Natalie double because finding a good salon within a mile of your house is priceless. read more

This nail salon conducts unfair practices and preferential treatment towards patrons. On at least four occasions, I have called to make an appointment, arrived and waited for the individual being serviced to get finished, and then ANOTHER person enters and is given the seat. I'm then told to continue to wait as if my time isn't as valuable as theirs. No explanation is given and there's no concern for respect and courtesy towards me, as a long time patron. I will not continue to take my business to a place that makes it a habit of engaging in unethical practices. read more

Horrible service made my appointment at 2pm manicure and pedicure they took me in with the pedicure and then the manicurist after 2 1/2 hr and tells the guy who sits in the front in their language which is the rudest thing and simply said that she was to tired to do my hands!!!! I went here because it's literally in the corner of my house and I had an emergency with one of my nails I had to fix because my job requires my nails to be on point (big disappointment) didn't even leave a dollar tip. I had acrylics on and had to take them all off because I broke 2 of them in one day and if I didn't remove them it would've been an infection. I had my nails done with my nail lady last week so literally just had to remove, manicure my nails a little and be done with it. From the moment I walked in this lady was selling me a pedicure, another set of acrylics, a color change. I said NO to everything I was just there for one thing be in and out. This lady literally got mad started basically bitching in their language someone else came over to sell me on a set of acrylics again. Again I said NO. In removing my acrylics, I had a cut and started bleeding, which is normal. Do you think this lady told me to wash my hands or tried to stop the bleeding. Absolutely not, she continued. You don't know if I have any diseases. Painted my nails, didn't even put a clear coat of primer on, and painted around my cut. Not to mention when I told her I didn't want a gel manicure she got mad yet again. Takes the cake on the worst manicure ever!!! Do not recommend whatsoever even if you have an emergency. The pedicure was really good, but i hate my acrylic nails, the guy he was in rush I think, all the nails are smaller than my natural nail, and he put so little glue and acrylic I don't think they are gone to last me at all... I will never go back to this salon I prefer to drive more and get a better service read more

This place gets one star because I couldn't put zero. This is ridiculous. I went in with my sister and was told to chose my color and sit to wait, so we did. We both get called about 15 minutes later and sit down on the pedicure chairs. By the time my sister was done with her pedicure I was still waiting to begin mine. No apologies, nothing. While I waited the lady next to me got up and there was a huge weird bug on her chair. The chairs are so close together I was scared it might jump on me so i had to kill it with my shoe. This has been the worst nail place i have been to. After messing up my nails, the nail artist was rude and refused to fix it. The manager herself was rude about it. I was changing from black gel to white gel and they did a horrendous job taking off the black, blaming that it was my nail that was stained when really my nails are perfectly healthy and had pure spots of black in the edges. Moreover, after complaining about my nails politely and them not fixing them, I was going to get eyelash extensions but the lady suddenly started saying "no I have an appointment" after making me sit 30 minutes waiting, saying I was next and suddenly taking the new customer. Finally, my sister asked to get a nail design with differently colors and they simply painted each nail a different color and didn't even file them. I've never been attended by such rude people. I WILL NEVER GO TO LEE SPA & NAILS AGAIN! When it was my turn to go I was given the male owner to do my mani pedi. I prefer women but I was willing to give him a chance. It all went down hill from there. For starters, he didn't bother to change the water to soak my hands in from the previous client!!! That's just plain gross and nasty! The man painted my nails in such a fast way I couldn't believe it was over! He didn't even bother to clean around the nails or give a good massage. Before I knew it, I was in the pedicure chair. Then again he did my feet sooo fast I couldn't believe he was done! He didn't even tell me that I was finished. He just left me there in the chair with my pants rolled up and without my shoes and my nails stil wet. When I looked around for him he was already doing another client's mani!!! The whole overall experience just sucked! He wasn't concentrating on me but on everyone else around me and those walking in. I will never return to this "nail salon".
