I have been there twice and each time I was taken back almost right after I signed in. The nurses were friendly and helpful. My experience with Lee Tidman was fantastic. Its nice to have someone in the medical field that listens and wants to help as opposed to my experiences in Florida. I can't recommend her enough. I saw Dr. Tidman for the first time on 03/19/2019, I needed a new primary care physician in my new area. I felt very good about our first visit. My thyroid medication was increased and I was feeling much better. However, Dr. Tidman got my prescription wrong for Clonazepam and as a result the quantity came up 13 days short until my next visit. When I called to get this corrected staff members Ginger and Julie were very rude and Dr. Tidman refused to refill. I have taken this for panic and anxiety attacks since 2004 and it is not something I can just do without. Needless to say, I had to fire Dr. Tidman for this blatant negligence. read more
